Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Phone Operations

The Role
The Country Medical Director, France, will lead the expansion and execution of Medical Affairs activities in France, as Genmab establishes a fully operational French affiliate. Summary: The frontdeskreceptionist is responsible to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner and greet visitors as they arrive. This is done in a professional and courteous manner. Attendance and punctuality are crucial in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer calls in a timely and courteous manner.
• Minimize callers hold time
• Gather information from caller as to the nature of the call prior to transferring.
• If it is a patient, get name, and Date of Brith from the prior to transferring to appropriate party.
• Greet all visitors to the office
• Maintain workplace security by not allowing anyone to enter the workplace without an escort.
• Maintain company phone listing
• Assisting with a variety of administrative duties to include copying, faxing, and stamping outgoing mail.
• Attaching documents into EMR as assigned
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Skills and Education
Skills: A basic knowledge in healthcare setting is a plus. Excellent customer service skills a must. The ability to multi task and be a problem solver. General computer skills and email knowledge.
Education: High School Diploma

Well Rooted Pediatrics is looking for friendly, dependable, hard-working Patient Services Representative-FrontDesk to join our team. As a a Patient Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, and have outstanding customer service skills. A positive attitude is a must!!
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
Maintain computerized scheduling and follow office scheduling policies
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist parents with completion of intake and consent forms
Handle confidential information including patient medical records.
Verification of patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to the appointment
Confirm appointments and send appointment reminders
Faxing medical documents/records
Maintain a clean and presentable front office and reception area.
Maintain accurate patient information
Process patient payments
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of medical office/clerical experience, pediatrics preferred
Proficiency with computers, typing and basic software use.
Positive attitude and ability to use good judgment
Professional behavior and appearance
Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service
Excellent multi-tasking skills
