Barbara Maida-Stolle is a Chief Business Officer at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. LaRita has been involved in community endeavors in the Charlotte area since 1987. In her current role as Chief Advancement Officer for Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont she is responsible for all fund development, marketing & communications, advocacy and community engagement activities of the organization. She leads a team of professionals responsible for the development of short and long range plans to advance the organization’s community engagement strategy, ensuring the best use of data and analytics to inform organizational decision-making, development and implementation of stakeholder engagement and fund development strategies, and all organizational marketing, communication, and advocacy related activities. Prior to joining Goodwill, she served as Sr. Vice President of Community Relations for Bobcats Sports & Entertainment where she was also President of the Bobcats Youth Foundation and Executive Director of the Charlotte Jumper Classic. Prior to the Charlotte Bobcats organization, she was Senior Associate Director of the Urban Institute at UNC Charlotte, where she interfaced with government, non-profit and corporate sectors to facilitate strategic planning efforts, community building and community needs assessments. LaRita also previously served as Vice President of Small Business and Area Councils for the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, and Founding Director of the Internship Program at Queens University. A native Charlottean, LaRita has served on a number of community boards, including the Arts & Science Council Board of Directors, CPCC Education Foundation, Goodwill Industries Board of Directors and wells Fargo Champions for Education Board of Directors. She is currently active as a member of Johnson C. Smith University Board of Visitors and Women Executives.Barber received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from UNC Chapel Hill and her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from UNC Charlotte.

Raquel Lynch is a Chief Program Officer at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
