Luckyscent
Graphic designer job in Burbank, CA
About Us
Since 2002, Luckyscent has been the playground for perfume lovers who refuse to smell like everyone else. We scout the globe for niche, rare, rule-breaking fragrances and bring them to our community through our online store and our boutiques in NYC, Hollywood, and Downtown LA.
We're fueled by discovery, creativity, and a slightly obsessive love of scent - and now we're looking for a graphicdesigner who's as obsessed with visuals as we are with perfume.
The Role
We want a designer who can do it all - and actually likes doing it all. One moment you're building a killer email campaign, the next you're slicing a video for TikTok, and by Friday you're laying out designs for print collateral or packaging that makes people stop and stare.
You'll work side-by-side with our Marketing team and company founders in an environment where people actually listen to your ideas. No corporate layers, no endless approvals - just creative collaboration and real impact.
What You'll Do:
Digital & E-Commerce
• Design thumb-stopping email assets and build campaigns in Klaviyo
• Create landing pages and homepage concepts in Shopify
• Produce scroll-stopping creative for Google Display Ads and other ad platforms
Social Media
• Design for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and whatever's next
• Create graphics, animations, and visual moments that actually get engagement
• Build a consistent visual voice that feels elevated, modern, and fun
Video & Motion
• Edit fast, clean, brand-forward videos using CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects
• Create motion graphics for social, web, and ads
• Help us tell visual stories that smell amazing (metaphorically... or literally, if scratch-and-sniff makes a comeback)
Print & Packaging (yes, print still matters)
• Design flyers, brochures, and in-store collateral when applicable
• Elevate existing packaging and labels that feel luxe, not loud
• Create beautiful ad designs for postcards any other marketing collateral
• Design any basic signage and in-store visuals that make customers explore
What You Bring
• 5+ years of graphicdesign experience
• A portfolio that shows range - digital, social, video, print
• Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Experience with Klaviyo (or eager to master it fast)
• Strong design instincts: layout, hierarchy, typography, color, all of it
• Knowledge of social platform requirements
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your cool
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, “let's make this better” mindset
Bonus Points
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail
• HTML/CSS chops for email
• Photography or retouching skills
• UX/UI sensibility
• Shopify design know-how
• Understanding of e-commerce conversion magic
Position Details
• Location: Burbank, CA
• Schedule: Full-time, on-site, 5 days a week
Why You'll Love Working Here
Think: modern, creative studio energy - not corporate beige. Our Burbank office is open, bright, and filled with people who genuinely enjoy what they do. You'll have direct access to company leadership, real influence over brand aesthetics, and a team that celebrates bold ideas.
We're professional, but we actually have personalities. And we think work should be something you look forward to - especially when your projects live in the beautiful world of niche fragrance.
What We Offer
• Pay Range: $75,000 - $88,000 USD per year
• 401(k)
• Paid time off
• Full medical & dental
• A collaborative office designed for creativity
• Real opportunities to grow, lead, and shape a luxury brand
If you want a role where your design work matters - where your creativity can stretch, evolve, and make a visible impact - we'd love to meet you.

Gooby
Graphic designer job in Los Angeles, CA
Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
The "Vibe" of the Role
We have the function covered-we know our gear is safe and escape-proof. Now, we need you to make it beautiful.
We are looking for a Senior Designer with a strong Creative Direction background to elevate the aesthetic of our brand. You will be the guardian of our visual style, ensuring that every harness, vest, and sweater we release feels cohesive, current, and premium. You aren't just designing a product; you are defining a lifestyle for the modern dog owner.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling
Set the Visual Vision: Create seasonal mood boards that define the "vibe" of the collection. You will decide the color stories, prints, and material textures for the season.
The "Look" of the Line: Ensure that a harness bought today looks perfect with a leash bought next year. You are responsible for the aesthetic cohesion across all categories (Soft Goods and Apparel).
Trend Forecasting: Keep a pulse on human fashion trends (streetwear, gorpcore, minimalism) and translate them into pet products. You tell us why "Sage Green" is the color of the season.
Aesthetic Product DesignDesign with Texture & Color: You will choose the materials based on look and feel-selecting the perfect matte-finish webbing, the softest fleece, or the most vibrant neons.
Silhouette & Styling: Design apparel that makes a statement. You focus on the cut, the drape, and the details (zipper pulls, logo placement, trim contrast).
Collaboration: You sketch the
vision
, then partner with our Technical Developer to make it work. You say, "I want this harness to look seamless," and they figure out the stitch pattern to support it.
Visuals & Marketing Support
Styling Direction: Guide the "look" of our photoshoots. You help decide which dog breeds model which colors and how the product is styled to create that "Instagrammable" moment.
Elevated Tech Packs: Create design sheets that focus on visual details-specifying exact Pantone colors, logo sizing, and label placement.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5+ years in Apparel or Accessories Design with a portfolio that proves you have impeccable taste.
Strong Aesthetic Eye: You understand color theory, typography, and composition. You know how to make a simple product look expensive.
Trend Awareness: You don't just follow trends; you anticipate them. You know what's happening in culture and how to apply it to our brand.
Adobe Creative Suite: You can create beautiful, presentation-ready sketches and renderings (Illustrator/Photoshop) that get the team excited.
Soft Skills: You can articulate
why
a design works. You can explain your creative choices to non-creatives clearly.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (Based on experience)
Retirement: 401(k) Plan
Health: Medical Insurance
Please submit:
Resume.
Portfolio (MANDATORY): We need to see your Taste Level.
Show us Mood Boards: How do you start a collection?
Show us Color Palettes: How do you combine colors?
Show us Final Products: Things you designed that look amazing.
(Note: We care less about your ability to calculate stitch density and more about your ability to create a "Look").
