Keith E. Smith is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Boyd Gaming Corporation. He has been President and a director of the Company since April 2005, and he has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 2008. Keith Smith served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company from October 2001 through December 2007, and prior to being appointed President, Keith Smith had served as the Company’s Executive Vice President since May 1998. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Reeg was a Managing Director and portfolio manager at AIG Global Investment Group (“AIG”), from 2002-2005 where he was responsible for co-management of the high-yield mutual fund portfolios. Prior to his role at AIG, Mr. Reeg was a senior high-yield research analyst covering various sectors, including the casino, lodging and leisure sectors, at Bank One Capital Markets. Mr. Snowden holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
