Professionally, I am a transformer. Over my 15 years of C-Suite leadership in local, regional and global roles in the retail / franchise & fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, I have innovated and redefined value propositions, built exceptional teams and established strong support structures, to drive exponential & sustainable growth. My success in transforming businesses across four regions-North America, South America, Europe and Asia Pacific-in developed and developing markets, demonstrates my ability to transfer knowledge across industries, to establish, migrate or re-engineer businesses in diverse trading environments with complex internal and external challenges. The skills I am appreciated for are: influencial people leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, powerful visionary ability, endless capacity to process complexities, strong sense of urgency, helpful ability to simplify, tough resilience and inspiring competitiveness. Key professional experiences that help me drive stepchange and business turnarounds: • Developing growth led Business Strategies • Defining effective & efficient operating models • Putting together high performing teams • Transforming data & digital ecosystems • Managing Boards & key stakeholder effectively • Driving growth in highly regulated environments • Operating in B2B & B2C environments; in FMCG, corporate retail & franchise sectors • Transferring knowledge of 15yrs expatriatism, across Americas, Europe & Asia Pacific Personally, I am a competitor. I love the thrill of pushing myself to the limits, specifically in IRONMAN endurance triathlons. It is through these challenges that I have developed a personal philosophy of discipline, hard work, and a passion for achieving the seemingly impossible that drives me to constantly look for ways to excel not only personally, but professionally as well.

Pros of working at HearingLife

Working in the hearing industry

Cons of working at HearingLife

This is the worst company to work for. They allow harassment bullying and racial discrimination. If you are not one of the abusers they will harass you until you quit. The supporviser was notified of the abuse and did nothing about the abuse

How would you improve HearingLife's culture?

Fire anyone who is part of the group who conducts the harassment
