This job context involves the grounds surrounding multifamily housing complexes. The specifics tasks of this position are performed in all weather conditions. This position involves the use of chemicals/cleansers.
Responsibilities:
Remove rubbish from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable).
Maintain curb appeal.
Power wash buildings and/or parking lot.
Clean common areas and/or breezeways of dirt and debris with blower.
Touch up paint when needed (Patio fences, curbs, exterior doors, etc.).
Maintain dog stations.
Other miscellaneous assigned tasks.
