Oversight of performance and job duties conducted by the Homecare Lead CNA during supervisory visits and more frequently as needed. The nanny's time will mostly be spent caring for the newborn, at least during the school year. The ideal candidate will bring their infant experience as well as a passion for early childhood development into the home, stepping into the role with autonomy, a playful energy, calm confidence, and ease.
