What You'll Do
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
Assist with reservations and waitlists using OpenTable
Seat guests and communicate with the service team to maintain smooth flow of service
Answer phones and assist with inquiries, reservations, and takeout orders
Keep the host stand, entrance, and waiting areas clean and organized
Support opening and closing procedures and complete additional tasks as assigned by management
