Role Summary:
The EAU Club Host is a multi-functional, highly skilled hospitality professional, responsible for delivering seamless, intuitive, and Forbes Five-Star-caliber service across all stages of the guest journey-pre-arrival, arrival, stay, and departure. This elevated role serves as a single point of personalized service for EAU Club guests, blending Front Desk operations, Concierge services, Guest Relations, and Club Lounge Attendant functions into one cohesive, guest-centric position.
This role is a flexible position (AM / PM), and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. We have a full-time position available.
Essential Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Ability to pleasantly communicate with proper grammar in English.
Ability to provide legible communication.
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
Minimum one year experience in similar position in hospitality industry.
Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish.
Knowledge of local area, attractions, services, and supplies/vendors.
Essential Skills:

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous.
Ability to promote positive relations.
Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.
