The interaction begins with the reservation process, continuing with the Members' arrival to the Club, and ending with their departure from the Club. It is critical that the Host conveys confidence and authority, while also being warm and welcoming to all Members, especially during peak volume times. The Host must be knowledgeable about the restaurant's food and beverage offerings and be able to describe and explain menu items as needed.
