Mr. Cartwright also spent almost 14 years at Wolters Kluwer, a global information services and workflow solutions company, where he held a variety of executive positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to Wolters Kluwer, he was Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning & Operations for Christie’s Inc. and Strategy Consultant for Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Cartwright graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's in public accountancy.

Gary Wood joined MATRIX in 1996 as a sales leader, after a successful career in the computer hardware and software business for almost 20 years. Gary has served in many leadership roles in his time at MATRIX, culminating in his being named CEO in 2018. He has always maintained that understanding the client’s needs is imperative and implementing services and solutions that exceed expectations are his primary focus. The Agile Consulting practice created in 2010 is an example of his strategy, realizing that agility was becoming a much-needed change in order to drive success for clients.
