This opportunity entails being responsible for the creation of digital assets such as icons, photography, and stock graphics to be used in proposals, presentations, PR and internal communications. Coordinates the production of materials to create an image, communicate concepts, or deliver a message in the most effective way.
What You'll Do:
Creates print and digital materials for proposals, including templates, charts, maps, infographics, covers and layout.
Creates print and digital materials for presentations, including PowerPoints, leave-behinds, and display boards.
Creates print and digital materials for PR and internal communications, including brochures, ads, and announcements.
Brainstorms new ideas and creates concepts for visually communicating key messages.
Maintains and organizes digital assets such as icons, photography, and stock graphics.
Coordinates with print vendors and photographers.
May review and approve final graphics.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
Associates Degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or
In lieu of education 5 years of relevant experience
What You'll Bring:
Using InDesign and other graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) proficiently, with support from more senior staff.
Converting substantial amounts of data or information into visual illustrations proficiently, with support from senior staff.
Creatively translating information by assessing problems and conveying visual solutions, with support from more experienced staff.
Developing PowerPoint or Keynote presentation templates proficiently, with support from senior staff. Participates in presentation rehearsal.
Assisting in the creation and presentation of training for the team.
Understanding of typography including application of line lengths, tracking, and leading to maximize legibility.
Additional Duties
May help coordinate community meetings, public forums, working groups and other public meetings including scheduling, determining location, advertising, and ensuring proper setup/tear down and relevant collateral materials according to client expectation and project goals and budget.
May interact with clients to coordinate implementation of communication and outreach programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.

**Job Description**

+ Manages one or more moderately complex projects, and clients, involving a combination of the following:

Job Description
AECOM is seeking a highly talented Marketing Proposal Specialist II to join our West Specialist Team and work in collaboration with the West Region business development and operations team on pursuits, including partnering in the preparation of formal and informal client solicitations, including expressions of interest (EOI), requests for qualifications (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP), and pre-qualification efforts.
This will be a hybrid position including a combination of both remote and in-office, that can be based in, but not limited to: Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Los Angeles, CA; and San Francisco, CA.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assists with large proposals and able to lead small to medium proposals (cross regions or business lines), and supports from capture through to interview stage, as required.
* Coordinates content and information for qualifications and proposals, including schedule, templates, compliance, content plan, and production.
* Provides conceptual leadership for document design. Lays out proposals in InDesign and performs high-level editing. May serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections for proposals.
* May facilitate color review (Pink and Red team) reviews, and apply lessons learned to add value to proposals. Manages the implementation of proposal and presentation revisions based on direction from review teams.
* Participates in go/no-go calls/meetings in compliance with delegation of authority guidelines, capture planning and positioning activities as they pertain to preparation for the proposal.
* Completes internal debriefs for proposals they lead and reviews debriefs and reviews client feedback on proposals to ensure and demonstrate continuous improvement.
* Has solid working knowledge of company quality procedures and approval processes (legal, contracts, DOA, signatory).
* Liaises with appropriate/relevant business line team, operations, technical, and business development professionals to support or develop marketing information (including but not limited to case studies/project sheets and capabilities summaries).
* Provides guidance to entry-level proposal team members.
* Performs a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* BA/BS + 2 years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activity or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
* A developed understanding of effective proposal and presentation writing and production.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of and interest in the A/E industry.
* Detailed knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures, work processes, and tools.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
* Working knowledge of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.
* An understanding of CRM Salesforce experience is a plus.
* Initiative, skill, and personal commitment to manage multiple projects and details concurrently, follow up, and bring tasks and projects to full completion.

This position is expected to begin in May 2026.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.
Traffic safety analyses, traffic operational analyses including use of Synchro, and traffic data collection.
Computer aided design (CAD) plan production for signal layout, signing, pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and must have completed at least one year of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree and plan to continue with the master's degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor's degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in using OpenRoads design program and AutoCAD.

Candidates for the Industrial Process Water/Wastewater Leader role should have significant experience with industrial water/wastewater (W/WW) treatment systems and be capable of leading teams of engineers and designers on detailed design and owner's engineer projects. In this role you will work to understand your client's needs, develop creative solutions, support proposal development, lead the technical team, and lead the engineering design of complex industrial process W/WW systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with water systems used for production processes such as open- and closed-loop cooling water systems, water treatment systems (i.e. reverse osmosis systems, demineralized water storage), chemical feed systems, and other similar industrial W/WW systems. Primary Responsibilities
The primary duties of this position include all aspects of project management, project pursuits, marketing, and client relationship management. Work primarily focused on technical and environmental projects which include vertical facilities, land development, site grading, local land use permitting, federal and state permitting, storm water design, environmental and hydrogeologic studies, feasibility studies, capital planning, operations planning, and other civil/site requirements. * Function as a lead project hydrogeologist/geologist, and project manager on small to large projects, and is expected to demonstrate a history of progressive experience effectively leading similar scale projects.
* Responsible for assisting team leadership in sustaining and growing client relationships and organizing and contributing to overall business development opportunities.
* A core component of this will be identifying upcoming project opportunities and participating in the project pursuit and proposal development, including developing scopes of work and budgets.
* Coordinate and interface with junior staff to mentor and continue to grow our team.

HDR is looking for a Substation Engineer to join our growing and nationally ranked team of Power Delivery professionals.
The primary duties of the Substation Engineer include physical substation, protection, and control engineering for High Voltage Electric Utility projects, 12 kV through 500 kV. Projects range in size, complexity, and voltage class from small distribution equipment upgrades to large transmission substation projects across the globe.
Specific duties of the Substation Engineer include:
* Support preparing scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that schedules and budgets are met
* Understands physical substation design including yard layouts, plans, sections and details, grounding, lightning protection, control building arrangements, interior and exterior raceways, auxiliary AC/DC power systems, and associated bills of material
* Understands protection and control design including panel arrangements, one lines/single lines, three lines, AC/DC schematics, equipment wiring and relay panel wiring
