Job Summary:

**Job Purpose/Overview**
The Field Support Specialist (FSS) role supports field sales activity by providing outstanding installation, onboarding and training, and integration support, as well as ongoing relationship management with our customers. The FSS is responsible for hardware and accessory installation, software connectivity for the Antech In-House Diagnostic (IHD) portfolio, Reference Lab (RL) portfolio, and other Mars Science and Diagnostic (SDx) products and services. The FSS provides detailed end-user hands-on technical and staff training for these services. They walk customers through software installation and launch newly-installed programs and analyzers for the first time. The FSS sends technical documentation to customers and end-users and makes recommendations to associates or customers. The FSS brings our customer support vision to life by demonstrating unwavering commitment to empathetic and caring veterinary diagnostic support from onboarding to relationship management to escalated support needs.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for customer relations and education upon sale completion and coordination of IHD install and components.
+ Plans, schedules, organizes, documents and performs all Reference Lab Onboarding and IHD installations.
+ Physical install of IHD systems and computers at clinic location as well as gaining understanding from and raising concerns on behalf of the client to ensure resolution.
+ Applications and use training for customers for all products and services offered by Antech IHD, RL and other SDx services.
+ Own IHD system post-installation follow-up activities, identify gaps and road blocks that occurred during the installation process and facilitate resolutions, which may involve other departments.
+ Offer ongoing assistance and availability for on location support to customers whose needs surpass the abilities of phone and online interactive support.
+ Coordinate phone and online applications support as part of the ongoing training process (pre and post training) and as back up assistance to the Technical Support department.

The pay range for this position is $45,000-$70,000 Salary + commission. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Assistive TechnologyProfessional (ATP) plays a crucial role in evaluating, recommending, and providing customized Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) to meet the unique needs of our clients. This position involves working closely with clients, families, therapists, and physicians to ensure the appropriate equipment is provided to maximize independence and enhance quality of life. A strong understanding of clinical conditions and extensive knowledge of rehabilitation equipment are essential for success in this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, functional limitations, and mobility goals based on therapist assessment findings and physician orders. This includes assessing physical abilities, environmental factors, and lifestyle considerations.
* Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists (PT,OT,SLP), clients and caregivers to develop individualized plans of care to achieve client mobility goals.
* Recommend appropriate CRT equipment and associated interventions based on client's identified physical needs and mobility goals.
* Manage/Facilitate efficient procurement processes from equipment specification through delivery.
* Attain and apply clinical, technical and interpersonal skills in a needs analysis of complex mobility issues for individuals with various disabilities.
* Deliver and fit of equipment, assuring that functional goals established at the evaluation are met Provide thorough training and education to clients, families and caregivers on the safe and effective use of recommended equipment. Includes instruction on operation, maintenance and and troubleshooting
* Complete/maintain accurate and detailed documentation pertaining to client interactions in a timely manner.
* Attaining/exceeding annual sales goals and objectives as established at beginning of each fiscal year.
* Consistently reviewing and reporting on sales calls, sales outcomes, and sales opportunities.
* Maintaining all certifications and licenses, obtaining all required continuing education annually to assure no lapse in coverage.
* Maintaining eligibility status with various vendor systems as required to assure continuous access to facilities.
* Keeping abreast of funding requirements, learn the wide variety of products and manufacturers Numotion contracts with while utilizing and comprehending the technological advances within the Rehab Technology industry.
* Develop and maintain new and existing relations with various referral sources.
* Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion's mission.

* Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
* Valid Assistive TechnologyProfessional (ATP) certification.
* Demonstrate critical thinking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills required to generate appropriate, individualized recommendations for CRT equipment and interventions.
* Working knowledge of compliant billing processes for rehab/assistive technology equipment as necessary (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)
* Must have valid Drivers License.
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum one (1) year experience working with complex rehabilitation technology.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, responsibilities and projects independently and effectively.
* Previous experience in selling DME equipment.
* Extensive knowledge of various clinical conditions impacting mobility, such as spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and stroke.
* Comprehensive understanding of rehabilitation equipment, including power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, seating systems, adaptive controls, and other assistive devices.
* Working knowledge of compliant billing processes for rehab/assistive technology equipment as necessary (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)
* Ability to perform thorough and competent seating/mobility, assistive technology, and rehab equipment evaluations.

The Network Analyst is responsible for supporting the deployment and maintenance of customer premises equipment (CPE) and ensuring reliable fiber connectivity for residential and business customers. Essential Functions:
Coordinate and assist with RSP service requests for fiber service disconnects, reconnects, and Fiber Line Extensions associated with the configuration and provisioning of CPE devices (e.g., NIDs).
Troubleshoot fiber connectivity issues remotely, assisting CNS Fiber Technicians or RSP Technicians to ensure timely resolution.
Monitor fiber network performance and escalate issues as needed to the Broadband Network Administrator or CNS Fiber Technicians.

Collaborate with CNS Fiber Technicians to ensure accurate fiber service activation.
Participate in testing and validation of new fiber technologies and tools.

Education, Experience, & Training Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in InformationTechnology, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in fiber network support and CPE configuration.
Strong understanding of fiber optic technologies, GPON/Active Ethernet, and Layer 2/3 networking.
Experience with CPE devices from vendors such as Zhone/DZS, Nokia, Calix, Adtran, or Ubiquiti is a plus.
Experience with Aruba network, wireless, and storage devices
Experience with NetApp and PureStorage SAN equipment
Strong knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, NAT, and VLANs
Understanding of routing using static routes, or routing protocols such as BGP or MPLS
Understanding of SAN systems architecture, functionality, and operation including LUN configurations, iSCSI or Fiber Channel communications, and storage provisioning concepts.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
