Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and industrial refrigeration systems Diagnose and service rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, pumps, air handlers, and VAV systems Inspect, test, and adjust HVAC components including compressors, motors, blowers, thermostats, breakers, wiring, switches, and controls Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems at the component and control board level Perform system diagnostics and implement corrective actions efficiently Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain active certifications Keep accurate logs of system performance, pressures, temperatures, airflow, and humidity Provide timely, professional service and communicate clearly with clients Required Qualifications: EPA Universal Certification required Minimum of 4 years' experience servicing and maintaining industrial/commercial HVAC systems Strong technical aptitude and ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics Ability to diagnose complex HVAC system issues under pressure Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be self-motivated and able to work independently Available for on-call rotation, overtime, and emergency after-hours service as needed Physical Requirements: Able to lift, push, and carry up to 75 pounds Ability to work in tight spaces, on rooftops, ladders, and outdoor conditions year-round Stand, walk, kneel, crawl, climb, and bend frequently throughout the day Why Join AC Corporation?
