Responsibilities
Management of complex Agile AI projects ensuring that goals, requirements, and outcomes are defined and that the appropriate resources are allocated
Monitor team performance to ensure that projects are implemented, supported, and closed accurately and in accordance with key milestones and established project standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire process of each project's development and execution
Foster positive working relationships with team members, client personnel, and leadership counterparts
Prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and assign resources to each project
Track cost, schedule, and performance, as well as prepare documents and develop project-specific policy, procedures, and report status to all levels
Manage staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and execution
Manage task assignments and oversight of personnel to ensure excellence in service delivery
Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure such deliverables are submitted in a timely fashion and of high quality/accuracy. When appropriate, propose a plan to correct any cost variances or projected rate adjustments
Ensure program compliance with government and corporate policies and mandates, and adherence to directives from governing entities
Anticipate and resolve procurement challenges and problems, such as small business set-aside goals, certification requirements, and acquisition strategy
Work with LMI and LMI business partners to pursue new business opportunities
Support business development and bid and proposal efforts for opportunities, bringing together capabilities across LMI to define a solution that meets and exceeds client expectations
Qualifications
MINIMUM:
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
Minimum 3 years project management and/or task leadership experience
Experience with GenAI technologies and a strong point of view on how these tools can be combined to impact the government
Experience in the areas of SDLC and Agile software development methodologies
Technically adept and business-focused to interface across technical disciplines and senior leadership
Product management or related product lifecycle experience
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a "client first" attitude

Under general supervision from the MEP Superintendent, the Senior HVAC Technician is responsible for maintaining heating, ventilating, refrigeration, and cooling equipment. * Maintain and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and chiller plants including pump distribution; chillers; cooling towers; condenser water systems; water treatment; refrigerant flow devices; control systems; fan systems, and terminal equipment.
* Plan, implement, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment per the manufacture specifications.
* Read and interpret sketches, blueprints, and layouts, determine amount of material and time involved; make cost estimates, work orders, inventory lists and project reports/records.
* May be required to serve as a lead worker and/or supervise, instruct and train semi-skilled and HVAC Technician workers and trades people; assist supervisor in allocating work assignments; reviewing and evaluating work performance in training new personnel; coordinate work with other trades.
* Troubleshoots, Installs HVAC equipment and BAS control systems by researching and evaluating conditions, advising supervisor, and recommending actions
* Responds to after-hours emergencies; works during inclement weather; and works to support various events on campus during non-business hours
* Assist in procuring parts and/or services for maintenance or replacement of HVAC & related equipment; demonstrate proficiency in using a computer maintenance management system (CMMS) to enter service request.
* Performs related duties based on departmental need
Experience:
* Minimum of five years' experience as a journeyman level HVAC Technician
Education:
* High school diploma or GED required
* EPA refrigeration certificate
* Successful completion of a trades certification or apprenticeship program as a journeyman HVAC Technician
* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable under the University's insurance

**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Install fire and security alarm systems, access control systems, video surveillance, network switches, telephony devices, closed caption TV, structured low voltage cable, and other telecommunication equipment throughout Company facilities.
+ Test and validate to ensure installation meets industry standards.
+ Clean, test and proactive servicing of alarm systems and network infrastructure to ensure proper operation.
+ Analyze and use test equipment and tools to aid in troubleshooting alarm systems to identify and isolate malfunctions.
+ Assist with project installation planning, preparation, and ordering materials.
+ Ensure projects are completed as designed and within Company standards.
+ During installations, serve as an onsite point of contact (POC) and assist with mentoring entry level employees.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Extensive travel, including overnight stays (over 20%). Must be able, willing, and available, occasionally with short notice, to travel by commercial aircraft or driving personal vehicle to perform work throughout the Continental US.
+ Job requires employee to drive a lift truck
+ Valid Driver's License
+ Comfortable with heights using both ladders and lifts
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Interior electrician background/experience, to include electro-mechanical devices.
+ Knowledge of electronic, telephone and RF principles.
+ Certified and licensed by the State of Ohio to install fire alarm and detection equipment. BICSI certification.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD.
