At Kutol our Liquid Processor produces batches of product in a safe and efficient manner according to formula and processing specifications to ensure quality product is produced for on-time shipment to the customer. Those batches are then checked by Quality Control and the processor makes any adjustments as directed. Approved batches are then transferred from the mix tank to the storage tank until our filling lines are ready to package the product. Accurately complete all batch records and associated documentation. Currently we have opening for Liquid Processor on 2nd Shift.
The varied duties of this role allow team members to grow their skills, responsibilities of this position include:
Receive direction from the Shift Supervisor or Shift Manager on batches to be processed, and ensure raw materials are on hand before starting a batch.
Make batches precisely according to formula and work instructions, report any mistakes in the batch making process promptly to the Shift Manager before proceeding.
Log in items where required and transfer batches to proper location as needed.
Adjust batches as directed by the lab to bring product into spec in a timely manner.
Perform sanitation procedures as required by written procedure and GMP principles.
Properly transfer completed batches to storage as needed to facilitate production.
Correctly tag finished product in drums or totes to be filled in production or shipped to the customer.
Maintain 5S standards for safety and good housekeeping daily, complete these tasks prior to handing production off to the oncoming shift.
Follow established safe work practices in completion of tasks.
Understand and apply OTC processes and requirements.
When batches are complete and properly tagged by Quality Assurance, put raw materials away in designated areas.
Keep chemical storage area neat, clean and organized.
Ensure drums are emptied of all materials before putting in them in the empty drum storage area, load empty drum trailer as required.
Performs other duties, assignments or projects as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Minimum 10th grade proficiency in math & reading.
Minimum 6 months prior work experience to include basic mechanical skills such as transfers and line hook ups in a liquid production setting.

Glass Processor - Technical Glass Products - Perrysburg, OH
Allegion is seeking a Glass Processor to fulfill a full-time position in Perrysburg, OH, at our Technical Glass Products facility. The Glass Processor is responsible for all glass processing operations. Duties include, but not limited to, glass cutting, glass grinding and sanding, preparing and constructing insulated glass units and laminating products in glass production area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, 40 hours per week required, with opportunity for overtime as needed.
What You Will Do:
* Cut, pack, transfer and safely handle glass product without damaging the product.
* Fabricate (edging, drill, prepare, construct, laminate, etch) glass and insulated glass product.
* Documents the operations performed.
* Inspects completed operations for quality, accuracy and quantity.
* Maintains all machines as recommended by the manufacturer and as directed.
* Monitors machine operations as parts are processed, to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Allocate material used to the proper pick-list.
* Locate & position material as required from the storage racks to the appropriate processing area.
* Prioritize and schedule operations to ensure on-time delivery per requirements.
* Apply quality standards as required for each product type.
* Cut all wood and paper products as required for packing.
* Use manual and power tools.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Prior manufacturing experience. Experience with glass fabrication and handling preferred.
* Prior CNC machine operation experience preferred.
* Provide high quality internal customer service.
* Attention to detail and the ability to follow cut list dimensions and read a tape measure.
* Able to complete assigned tasks in a limited time frame.
* Strong organizational skills.

Working Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly in an environment where heavy work is required and where moderate to loud noise occurs. The employee is in an assembly plant/warehouse environment that can be dusty. May be working around welding operations. Overhead work may be required. There is a frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, twist, bend, lift and move heavy objects (up to 70 pounds) and occasionally lift and move very heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the work day. Production aids such as tilting assembly tables, overhead cranes and forklifts can be used for these tasks. Personal protective equipment will be required and provided. In addition, the individual in this job will be working under time pressure and must be able to perform under stress. They must be able to work rapidly for long periods and to communicate and interact with others. They also must be able to perform multiple concurrent tasks, read and comprehend the material they read. The employee must be able to write, and problem solve. 40+ hours per week will typically be necessary to accomplish performance objectives and to provide satisfactory job presence and/or responsiveness

Position Overview
Unit Processors work in the packing or value-added service department to prepare and pack merchandise into boxes to be shipped to the stores. In this position, with knowledge of the warehouse management system (PKMS) and the higher-level radio frequency scanner gun functions, this position learns and understands the operation of all unit processing functions as well as case handling. Associates in this position also assist Operations Supervisor in training newer Unit Processors.
Primary Responsibilities
Process air shipments and high priority shipments using radio frequency scanner gun packing functions. Operate and troubleshoot Label Print and apply area (LPAS). Trouble shoots issues with cartons that will not scan on conveyor system.
Ticket / re-ticket merchandise before going to packing. Mark out clothing labels on out-of-stock merchandise. Sort merchandise returned to the DC from the stores. Pack using Put-To-Light (PTL) system, return the case to the line if additional units need to be packed, or, dispose of/reuse the box if empty. Handle any overages/shortages. Close out cartons that are full of merchandise and push the carton onto a conveyor.
Ability to navigate Radio Frequency scanner gun. Scan case label using the radio frequency scanner gun function in order to divert case/tote. Scan the case and place units into proper store packing locations. Use radio frequency scanner to pack merchandise into store cartons.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong Knowledge and understanding of exception processing such as shortages/overages.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skill set.
Requires frequent lifting of 50 lbs.
Basic math skills including calculation skills.
Strong knowledge of the warehouse management system (PKMS)
