Key Responsibilities
+ Lead end-to-end program management for custom silicon projects across AI, wireless, networking, and data center applications
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, specifications, and design reviews
+ Manage milestone timeline development, tracking, and delivery against customer commitments
+ Ensure customer deliverables are compliant with expectations
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, verification, physical implementation, and test engineering
+ Create and implement meaningful KPIs and metrics for design team performance and project health
+ Develop cost metrics for tracking and improving project unit cost and spend

+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

The Global Process Operations (GPO) group is a core part of the Product Operations Central team, providing centralized expertise that strengthens the strategic and operational framework for Business Units (BUs) across Cisco's product portfolio. This team partners with cross-functional leaders to define product lifecycle management (PLM) strategies, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation and transformation across NPI, sustaining, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
Your Impact
In this role, you will collaborate with peers, senior leaders, and functional SMEs to assess current PLM processes, define a future state vision, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance. You will:
* Drive Strategic Vision: Contribute to the development and execution of supply chain and PLM strategies that strengthen processes, improve efficiency, and support organizational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a supply chain operations environment.
* Proven skills in global process design/standardization, program management, and risk identification/mitigation.
* Strong communication, analytical, and systems skills, with the ability to learn Cisco's supply chain dynamics quickly.

THE ROLE:
Program Management in the Operations team within Radeon Technology Group (RTG) - the engineering division in AMD responsible for Graphics and GPU Compute silicon, software, and solutions. THE ROLE:
The Operations Sr. Program Manager is a responsible for driving operational excellence and enabling scalable growth across the Compute & Enterprise AI (CEAI) organization.
