The Materials and Adjacencies Planning team owns division planning responsibilities for the Intel Photonics Solutions (IPS) and Connected Home Division (CHD) business units. The group also owns the Materials Planning responsibilities for the Supply Chain Planning Operations organization. This role will involve support for multiple Silicon Photonics (IPS) products, collaborating with BU partners to ensure full support for customer demand.
The role's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performs a variety of analyzes that help evaluate supply chain planning activities. Develops, optimizes, coordinates, and drives execution of supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan and capacity requirements, business and inventory strategies to meet customer requirements for supply chain areas such as, but not limited to revenue and/or warranty demands.
Conducts “what if” scenario planning for engineering, products, processes, and inventory strategies as directed.
Influences and recommends issue resolution strategies in supply chain planning area.
Resolves inventory issues, such as the depth, timing, and efficient flow of inventory, which support short term as well as long term business objectives.
Understands and applies thorough knowledge of demand, revenue, and/or warranty opportunities with no supply, demand at risk or other contingency scenarios to influence key business decisions.
Provides quantitative and qualitative inputs to demand management to optimize supply/demand balancing within constraints.
Plans, prepares, issues and controls supply chain schedules and materials requirements.
Coordinates with suppliers to ensure seamless material management.
Evaluates supply chain capacity needs and capabilities to support business strategies. Interfaces with subcontractors for price, contracts, performance, and negotiations.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship.

THE ROLE:
We are seeking an engineer with strong hands‑on experience in FPGA build flows, design qualification, and developing infrastructure for platform regressions. This role is focused on developing robust smoke tests, functional test cases, and qualification workloads used to validate both FPGA designs and the associated platform software/toolchain flows.
THE PERSON:
The successful candidate will architect and implement daily and nightly regression pipelines, integrate them into a unified infrastructure, and ensure continuous quality and reliability of FPGA based platform design flows at scale. Your Impact
The NPI Product Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) for our innovative Cisco Silicon One™ products. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of next-generation network technology, working within a dynamic and customer-focused supply chain organization.
As a key member of the Silicon Manufacturing Operations (SMO) team, you will be the end-to-end owner for a product family, ensuring seamless supply chain execution from customer demand to product delivery.
Production Readiness: Usher our new products from concept to production release by ensuring core operational checklists are completed supporting manufacturability at high volume.
Demand & Supply Alignment: Translate customer demand into actionable resource requirements, including raw materials, capacity planning, and manufacturing schedules.
Order Management: Handle sales orders, including assigning Schedule Ship Dates (SSD) for new orders and revisions.
Managing Planning Parameters: Proactively analyze and manage system lead times and yields, communicating updates weekly to ensure customer requirements are met.
Internal Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely responses (within 24 hours). Understand customer demand and translate to resource requirements (raw materials, loading plan, capacity need, etc)
Materials Management: Oversee the procurement of materials and purchase order (PO) timing against schedules.
Manufacturing Execution: Issue assembly build instructions in collaboration with Assembly Engineering (ASY ENG), lead assembly loading schedules and priorities, and handle testing instructions and schedules with Test Engineering.
Fulfillment Oversight: Create weekly assembly loading plans based on committed ship plans, and proactively monitor fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
Inventory Management: Develop and maintain a rolling 6-month ship plan.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in supply planning or supply chain management within the semiconductor industry.
5+ years of BOM structures, manufacturing routing processes (including alternative routes and materials), and product configurations.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools.
Microsoft Excel skills, specifically working with dynamic scenario planning

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

FPGA Design & Build Flow
* Own FPGA compile/build flows (synthesis, place & route, timing closure, bitstream generation).

Platform Qualification & Toolchain Validation
* Develop targeted test cases for FPGA build flows, toolchain stability, and edge cases.
