This position reports to the Global Supply Chain Program Management Director under the Air Dominance Division for the Aeronautics Systems Sector. The Manager will serve as the primary focal point with Responsibility Accountability and Action (RAA) to the Business Unit (BU) Business Management Director. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing GSC strategies to support the program, with focus on achieving affordability, operational efficiency, safety and first-time quality targets. Candidate is responsible for activities and knowledge within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain organization. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of direct reports, in which you carry functional management and day-to day guidance
Establish and maintain the strategic vision for the financial management - labor and material - of the GSC organization
EV / CAM guidance to GSC Operating Unit (OU) Program Managers
Operating Unit (OU) and Business Unit (BU) non-labor sales/forecasting
Responsible for processes and activities within supply chain related operations to support annual operating plan within GSC across the sector.
Support GSC and business management leadership in developing a rigorous annual operating plan process which includes training and mentoring of GSC support staff
Help develop monthly forecasts for material sales in coordination with Operating Unit GSC Program Managers
Conduct variance analysis to submitted forecasts
Support GSCPM staff through the analysis, oversight, and status of material and IWO, delivery schedules, suppliers' commitments, risks and opportunities
Oversight of key subcontractor and IWO partner cost performance
Prep for and support monthly Pre-Close reviews, EAC reviews, monthly material sales reviews, and GSC portfolio reviews
Support the associated data collection and submission, as needed

Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree with 5 years of experience in business management, project management, program management, global supply chain, finance and/or business management related functions OR a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in business management, project management, program management, global supply chain, finance and/or business management related functions
Must have experience with subcontractor financial performance

THE ROLE:
We are seeking an engineer with strong hands-on experience in FPGA build flows, design qualification, and developing infrastructure for platform regressions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Own FPGA compile/build flows (synthesis, place & route, timing closure, bitstream generation).

* Diagnose issues across RTL, constraints, tools, and platform dependencies.
Platform Qualification & Toolchain Validation
* Develop targeted test cases for FPGA build flows, toolchain stability, and edge cases.

Regression Infrastructure

* Enable distributed, scalable runs across on-prem or cloud resources.
* Automate result collection, triage, and failure classification.
Infrastructure & CI/CD Integration
* Integrate FPGA regressions into the unified infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
* Interface with shared services (e.g., build orchestration, monitoring, logging).
* Enable standardized reporting, dashboards, and notifications for regression health.

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain & Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you will oversee and provide guidance throughout the entire sales order lifecycle, helping to troubleshoot issues as they arise, and fostering collaboration across key departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Global Operations.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in supply chain management, exceptional analytical abilities, and a strong team-oriented approach. You will play an active role in driving process improvement projects for NTSG - Network Technology Solutions Group, participating in cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational workflows, streamline system integrations, and support effective project execution. Working closely with NTSG engineers and project leads, you will help identify opportunities for process optimization, contribute to implementation strategies, and engage in ongoing review and continuous improvement forums.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Order Management & Fulfillment
* Oversee end-to-end sales order processing and troubleshoot order-related issues.
* Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
* Investigate transaction discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Forecasting & Planning
* Gather and synthesize demand forecasts from Sales and Marketing departments.
* Provide ASIC and board-level forecasting to support the Global Operations team.
* Monitor and report new business opportunities and evolving demand indicators.
* Work collaboratively with the Board Operations team to ensure precise demand planning and timely onboarding of suppliers and contract manufacturers, in alignment with customer needs.
Shipment & Backlog Management

Inventory Management

Cross-Functional Collaboration
