Job Summary:

* Operates a handheld scanner to pick material from dedicated locations in the warehouse.
* Efficiently picks customer orders for shipment ensuring that the order is complete, accurate, and free of damage.
* Appropriately lifts and stacks material on carts to ensure material may be properly wrapped, package units when pulling is completed, prints and places shipping labels on materials.
* Assists with physical inventories as required while maintaining an orderly work area.
* Complies with company standard operating procedures, safety policies, and OSHA standards.

Position Purpose
Position description here. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient receiving, preserving, stocking, and picking parts in support of MRO, Aircraft Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering of items sent through Erickson's Warehouse. These functions include the use of the following equipment: parts-picker, forklift, pallet jack, trucks, trailers, foam machine, sealing machine, and ladders.
Position Levels
The Warehouse Associate levels I-III require varying degrees of experience, job knowledge and skill, which are generally acquired through specialized or on-the-job training. This is dependent upon the currently assigned work area. For levels 2 and 3, these positions require specialized knowledge of processes and procedures, as well as time on the job.
LEVEL 1 (149): Applies basic skills while developing some specialized skills in procedures, operations, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment appropriate to work area currently assigned to. Performs routine and/or repetitive tasks with limited decision making required. Generally works under close supervision, has limited experience, and work is performed from within specific limits of established procedures and/or defined instructions. Approaches tasks with a positive attitude and willingness to do the job and to accept constructive critique. Advancement to Level II is based on demonstrated proficiency in all duties and responsibilities in at least two areas of function in the Warehouse. Zero to three years' experience is common.
LEVEL 2 (23011): Applies skills and job knowledge in area of specialization, and may adapt procedures, operations, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet the needs of area of specialization depending upon currently assigned work areas. Displays proficiency in at least 2-3 work areas. May work on non-routine tasks, may train other warehouse personnel, and displays proficiency in resolving issues and making working decisions within area of specialization or responsibility with minimal supervision. Must take initiative in non-production areas: filing, cleaning, crate maintenance, etc. Employees at this level receive only occasional instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise and have knowledge of applicable SOP's and/or work instructions. Duties & Responsibilities
Perform picking of aircraft parts and supplies (FIFO) functions as assigned to support MRO, Aircraft Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain. This process requires computer work, labeling and packaging/boxing for transportation.
Perform receiving functions as assigned of aircraft parts and supplies to the Warehouse. Validate all parts received and process all necessary paperwork.
Perform preservation functions as assigned of aircraft parts, components, and supplies to prevent corrosion and/or damage for stocking: Labeling, packaging/boxing including sealing and foam machine for inventory identification and control.
Manufacture crates for storage and/or shipping to prevent damage.
Perform stocking functions as assigned of aircraft parts and supplies in warehouse locations.
Perform Cycle Count functions as assigned of parts accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform crate maintenance, when necessary.
Maintain all necessary paperwork for all the above processes.
Perform delivery and pick-up functions safely of aircraft parts and supplies to the various Erickson Facilities, coming to the warehouse for preservation, storage and/or shipping.
Ensure that the work areas are clean and free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and perform safety audits in assigned work areas.
Adhering to AS9100/AS9110 and ISO9001 standards.
Ensure all LMS training stays up to date.

* Establish and maintain inventory records for all dialysis supplies (including purchase orders and inventory transaction audits), logs, files, returns, obsolete/expired items, emergency orders, manual purchase orders and ensure appropriate levels of supplies, medications and equipment are available at all times using the automated inventory system; adjust processes to accommodate facility patient growth and item changes
* Order, receive, and issue supplies including medications daily; perform daily, weekly and monthly counts of supplies and reissue using the computerized system according to set standards; record supplies provided to other modalities (PD, Acute, Home Hemo, etc.)
* Stock treatment areas daily and provide supplies, including medications, to staff
* Maintain inventory on a first in/first out (FIFO) basis and ensure that supplies do not expire before usage; record inventory receipts, issues and transfers on a timely basis
* Print and review system reports and inventory transaction audits on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as scheduled; submit reports to FA and review reports with the Facility Administrator
* Maintain neatness, cleanliness and safety of stock room per policy and regulations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The warehouse worker is responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking, staging and shipping/transfer of raw materials, finished goods, and work in progress products (WIP) in compliance with company standards and procedures. Job duties are to load, unload, stack, and stage finish goods, raw materials, and work in progress products (WIP) using a fork lift, clamp truck or other type of powered industrial truck (PIT); as well as, recording leftovers on the leftover log. Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put-away and load functions, as required. Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect forklifts or other equipment. This position requires certification in the operation of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), use and care of company issued radios and phones, basic mathematical skills and flexibility to work various shifts as required by company production needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Unload inbound shipments safely and receive according to Amy's Kitchen Receiving Procedures and move product to storage locations.
Efficiently stack and store product and accurately record/scan storage locations for purposes of inventory control.
Safely and accurately pull and prepare product for shipping, transferring or usage by manufacturing (staging) ensuring that the exact item and quantity is pulled and shipped, transferred or staged. In accordance to Amy's Kitchen Staging Procedures and Shipping Procedures.
Efficiently, safely and with minimum damage, move products or materials from/into staging, storage or on to transportation.
Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory accuracy, control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts when required.
Inspect PIT before usage; keep equipment, tools, and company property neat and clean. Change and charge PIT batteries as needed.
Report all mechanical problems with machinery to shift lead, warehouse supervisor, or warehouse manager.
Sorting, wrapping, packing, repacking as needed. Sort and repair pallets when necessary.
Clean containers, trailers and truck bays as requested.
As assigned, to provide customer service to Amy's Employees with respect to maintaining onsite vending equipment for Amy's Kitchen products, providing customer service for Amy's employee orders, and the prompt and accurate receipt and delivery of all express mail/freight deliveries.
Know correct tare weighing and unit of measuring tables.
Report all leftovers going out/into the freezer on the leftover log.
Report all potential inventory shortages, problems with raw materials or quality/sensory deviations immediately to the Shift Lead, Warehouse Supervisor and/or Warehouse Manager.
Inspect all food containers for correct sanitation- i.e. trailer, gondolas, boxes, and etc.
Ensure correct tag labeling and storage procedures are being followed. All food or ingredient containers (cases, bags, cans, buckets, plastic totes, transfer carts, steel totes, gondolas, etc.) must have an Oracle generated or hand written information label which includes the item number, description of contents, lot number, License Plate Number (LPN), and weight of contents for work in progress products only.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent menu and product knowledge.
Accountable for the preparation of the guest's order.
Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner.

Participates in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader.
Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation: $15.25 - $17.25 per hour
