Qualifications What You Bring At least 3 years of experience in a tree crew or in utility vegetation management. Strong knowledge and understanding of the ANSI Z133 Safety Requirements and A300 Pruning Standards for arboricultural operations. Proficient in the identification of poisonous plants. Proficiency in electrical circuit basics and interpreting circuit maps. Advanced in tree ascent/descent using ropes and a safety saddle, and skilled in aerial lift operations. Crew Leader Technical Knowledge and Skills Certification (or ability to complete). Valid driver's license, CDL (as needed), and required medical certification. Acquire and keep the required training and licenses for the safe and proper use of herbicides. CPR and First Aid certified (provided by Lewis). Job Summary The Foreman is responsible for coordinating construction efforts through in-house and contract labor and supervising the maintenance and rebuilding of underground projects. Responsible for the safety and quality of the crew. Duties and Responsibilities Train workers in construction methods, equipment operation, safety procedures, or company policies. Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports. Assist workers engaged in construction or extraction activities using hand tools or other equipment. Arrange for repairs of equipment or machinery. Additional Qualifications Minimum of 5 (Five) years' experience within CATV construction. Class "A" CDL License preferred. Able to safely operate Aerial construction equipment. Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades. Here's What We're Looking For Skilled field supervisor with at least five (5) years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for plumbing contractor. An active or ability to obtain within 90 days a Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license. Proficient knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local codes and construction safety requirements.
