Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, focusing on the clinical management of adult patients with diabetes and other endocrine disorders

* Collaborate with certified diabetes educators and nutritionists to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

* Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in endocrinology and diabetes management

* Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes

* Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and ongoing education

Qualifications:

* Board certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

* Demonstrated experience in the clinical management of adult patients in an outpatient setting

* BC-ADM Credential and/or CDCES required; can be obtained after hire

* Experience with continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps is a plus

* Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALs required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire

* Guaranteed first-year income range: $126,776.00-$160,305.00, based on years of direct experience
