We are seeking an experienced Training Analyst and Observer/Controller-Trainer (OC/T) to support the U.S. Army's Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). This role supports Division, Corps, and higher headquarters during large-scale Warfighter and Mission Rehearsal Exercises by observing, coaching, teaching, and assessing Joint Air-Ground Operations (JAGO).
The ideal candidate brings deep operational knowledge of joint fires, airspace control, and command-and-control processes and is comfortable advising senior military leaders in a fast-paced, exercise-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an OC/T supporting Army Division, Corps, and Theater-level training audiences during Warfighter and Mission Rehearsal Exercises
Observe, coach, and provide doctrinally grounded feedback on Joint Air-Ground Operations, including fires, targeting, airspace control, and C2 processes
Participate in the full MCTP exercise lifecycle, including pre-event planning conferences, working groups, and exercise execution
Coach staffs on planning, quality control, and submission of Air Support Requests and Airspace Coordination Measure Requests
Support Joint Air-Ground Integration through direct engagement with training audiences, response cells, and partner organizations
Deliver seminar-based instruction during Mission Command Training seminars and Warfighter academic events
Assist training audiences in understanding and integrating Air Tasking Orders, Airspace Control Orders, and related Joint products
Construct, analyze, and assess joint fires and airpower-enabled common operational pictures
Provide written products including after-action reviews, trip reports, trend analysis, and senior leader feedback
Operate effectively in environments with fully networked, degraded, or manual command-and-control systems
Travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of exercises, planning events, and training missions
Required Qualifications
Active Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree with at least six (6) years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with four (4) years of experience
(Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Extensive knowledge of Army and Joint doctrine related to targeting, fires, airspace, and intelligence support to targeting
Demonstrated experience supporting operational-level training for Division, Corps, or higher headquarters
Experience coaching, teaching, or advising military staffs and senior leaders
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write for a professional and scholarly military audience
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate of the Joint Air Operations Command and Control Course
Prior experience supporting the Mission Command Training Program, Warfighter Exercises, or Mission Rehearsal Exercises
Experience serving in or supporting:

We seek an Advance Distributed Learning Development Specialist with a background in adult learning, instructional systems design, and training services.
The USCG has provided technology-based learning for more than 15 years, evolving as new opportunities arose to better support human performance. In 2004, a customized learning management system (LMS) was implemented to store Mandated Training (MT) eLearning products, and a subsequent civilian and military tracking and reporting capability linked to Excellence, Achievement, and Recognition System (EARS), Abstract of Operations (AOPS)/ Training Management Tool (TMT), and Direct Access. USCG ADL continues to evolve appropriately to meet the needs of active duty, reserve, auxiliary, and civilian personnel. There is a commitment to ensuring personnel have access
to reliable, accurate ADL that operates within the USCG IT enterprise infrastructure and in other venues as designated in each BPA Call. This contract is intended to fulfill that goal.
Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate shall provide Advanced Distributed Learning support services to include the following:
Prepare design documents in accordance with USCG SOPs and other requirements specified in the BPA Call under this contract.
Prepare storyboards for content development in accordance with USCG SOPs and other requirements in the BPA Call under this contract.
Design ADL, including instructional, structural, and navigational design, to conform to USCG standards and requirements, including SOP Volume 7, established educational theories, practices, and performance support. These shall be accomplished using software, hardware, and other tools readily available within the USCG or specified in the BPA Call under this contract.
Select appropriate delivery methods, ADL systems, and delivery media to support development of human performance and testing of competences.
Prepare and structure tests and practical application exercises so these are reliable indicators that a learner has learned to perform the tasks identified in the objectives.
Develop initial versions of online courses to include screen presentations, interactive components and assessments.
Perform formative and summative evaluations, including pilot studies.
Revise versions in accordance with feedback from reviews and data obtained in pilot testing.
Develop plans for piloting training experiences developed under BPA Calls.
Develop reports of pilot studies usable in finalizing the training products.
Participate in reviews.
Perform lifecycle maintenance on ADL products and supporting documentation as required.
Ensure work and processes conform to USCG TRASYS SOPs, standards, and other requirements stipulated in BPA Calls under this contract.
Provide ADL object updates, maintenance and technical assistance.
Assist the Government by placing ADL objects on the Government's server as designated by
the COR, provide support in technical testing on the server, network, and work station so that the object can be technically accepted.
Perform lifecycle maintenance on ADL assets and text documents as required
Qualifications
Must possess a Master's degree in Instructional Systems, Instructional Systems Technology,
Instructional & Performance Technology, or Education (with a concentration in Educational Technology).
Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience using Instructional Systems Development
(ISD) processes in the development of ADL courses and ADL training interventions.
Must possess a minimum of three (3) years' experience in using the following software applications:
Microsoft Office programs, Articulate Storyline, Lectora, Adobe Creative Suite, Design and Web Premium and RoboHelp.

As a Community Disaster Program Specialist, you will guide, lead and support teams of trained volunteers to deliver comfort and care in times of disaster. You will also create and maintain a foundation of continuous and robust volunteer engagement using established processes and collaborating with volunteer services staff. You will work with volunteers to ensure that the communities you serve are ready to respond to disasters.
Join us in meeting the needs of continuous disaster response! Regional disaster employees are required to deploy to disaster relief operations outside of their region at a minimum of once a year. Deployments contribute to skill building, career development and exposure to different types of disasters. Allowances may be provided for personal circumstances and local response activity. 1. Empower Volunteers: Facilitate and support a diverse volunteer team responsible for the implementation of volunteer-led disaster cycle services programming as well as ensure disaster cycle services are delivered in a rapid, accessible, and equitable manner, both culturally and linguistically, to meet the urgent, disaster-caused needs of our clients, with a focus on frontline communities.
2. Support the Program: Assist with the successful implementation of either specific disaster cycle services program activities, or a specific disaster cycle services function within an assigned geographic area.
3. Mission Capacity Building: Engage disaster volunteers who are the primary workforce, and representative of the communities they serve, both culturally and linguistically.
4. Engage Community: Support local efforts to prepare and mobilize communities and engage partners to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters and emergencies.
5. Manage in a Matrix: Implement plans to meet assigned targets for volunteer engagement and volunteer-led Disaster Action Team response to local home fires or support specific function tasks within assigned geographic area.

About the role:
Facilitate functional and soft skill training for new and existing employees. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct "Safety Orientation" and "Walk-Through's" with ALL new hires
Conduct root cause analysis of safety incidents and accidents
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
Provide safety training to employees
Inspect work areas to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
Investigate and report on safety violations and non-compliance issues
Collaborate with management to develop safety improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate records and documentation of safety activities
Complete any other tasks that are assigned
PAY:
Starts at $18/hr. - $25/hr. Depending on level of Experience
SCHEDULE:
Full-Time ------- 7:30pm-7:30am
12 hr. Shifts (MUST have weekend availability)

Essential Healthcare Solutions is seeking Trainers who are responsible for delivering structured training programs to facility staff in accordance with ICE detention standards and federal regulations. This role supports the development of staff competencies in areas such as safety, security, detainee rights, emergency response, and cultural sensitivity.
Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions for facility personnel.
Facilitate instruction in areas such as ICE Performance-Based National Detention Standards (PBNDS), emergency procedures, trauma-informed care, and detainee interaction protocols.
Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and assessments.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure staff certifications are current.
Support the Training Officer in evaluating training effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
Coordinate with department leads to schedule and tailor training to operational needs.
Ensure training delivery complies with federal, state, and contractual requirements.
Participate in drills, simulations, and compliance audits as needed.
Job Requirements
Associate or bachelor's degree in Education, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, instruction, or corrections/detention operations.
DHS SSBI clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with ICE detention standards and secure facility protocols.
Certified instructor credentials (e.g., CPR/AED, defensive tactics) preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other relevant languages) preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, resided in the US for 3 years in the past 5 years.

CPR/First Aid certification
Has undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 or higher; has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than 24 months.
