What You'll Do:
Deliver high-impact training to new hires - from call procedures and customer service techniques to technical tools and policies.

What You Bring:
1-3 years of training experience in a contact center setting.

Organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable using LMS platforms, virtual tools, and content creation software.
Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and engage learners.

Role & Responsibilities
Delivery:
Deliver customer's technology training engagements from start to finish using prepared curriculum on identified topics.

Conduct online training sessions covering system functionality and best practices for customers in the process of adopting new technology.
Guide customers through their training plan, e.g. leveraging self-service options, providing pre and post training documentation.
Collaborate closely with customers and their teams to ensure satisfaction & develop proficiency in our technology solutions.
Assist with technology solutions configurations and setup based on established standard procedures.
Support customers' review of data converted from other systems when applicable and work with cross-functional teams to identify and correct identified data conversion issues.
Facilitating & Collaborating:
Own the execution of the training plan, schedule sessions, webinars and follow-ups as needed.
Develop trusting and collaborative relationships with assigned customers through effective and proactive communication, empathetic teaching, and product adoption efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, technology, support and data conversion, to ensure customers have all they need to complete their onboarding journey.
Enablement:
Document and track training activities and progress within the internal CRM / Project Management system.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4-year degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing role, preferably customer training or implementation of products or services, customer support/service or similar role.
Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk, or similar tools preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite.

The Career Development Specialist assists the Workforce Development Manager with socially and economically disadvantaged populations preparing for the workforce through education, training, and job readiness preparation. The Career Development Specialist may be assigned to a single center or work at multiple centers as needed. The Career Development Specialist is responsible for ensuring quality service delivery and verifying that all client-level and other program data are properly recorded.
YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide career and job search counseling, coaching, and resources to WDCM clients and follow-up with them to track progress and outcomes.
Teach Job Readiness classes, to include skills and training needs assessment, resume guidance, mock interviews, career counseling, and referrals to education and training programs to PRM residential and community clients.
Enroll clients in computer training programs such as Microsoft Office, and Customer Service Training.
Administer the Arizona Career Readiness Curriculum and proctor exams such as high school diplomat and food-service training tests.
Assist clients with questions regarding computer operation and materials in the modules being studied.
Determine SNAP Eligibility and enroll clients for benefits as needed.
Complete required grant forms and spreadsheets, maintain accurate client files, and update as needed.
Schedule and administer educational assessments for new clients as required.
Prepare reports for grants and PRM leadership, including monthly reports and statistics, and provide supervisor with weekly updates on clients' attendance and progress.
Provide job development strategies and identify labor market trends; research and cultivate resources for job leads.
Interface with program leadership to identify opportunities to improve services and assist in the implementation of program changes and expansion.
Lead or participate in devotions, prayers or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.

Training:
Work with Dynalectric HR, Division Managers, and Field Operations Superintendent to ensure craft labor onboarding and training is consistent with the needs of the company and is unified in message & execution. Perform field leadership onboarding, and CW Boot Camp evaluation.
Facilitate the CW Boot Camp evaluation. A 2-day evaluation of all CWs before they are dispatched to a jobsite. The evaluation will be based on punctuality, coachability, safety mindedness, mechanical aptitude, ability to follow written instructions, and attitude in a workplace setting. Coordinate with Field Operations Superintendent on the dates and number of candidates.
Coordinate with Field Operations Superintendent & Field Supervisors to understand current and upcoming project staffing levels, and types of training that will be required to support these efforts. Weekly coordination with Field Operations Superintendent and Field Supervisors to understand current and future training needs. Viewing project schedules, site visits, pre-con meetings identifying special trainings per project requirements.
Promote Dynalectric safety culture. Work with the Area Safety Manager to ensure company safety goals are being supported. Monthly meeting with Area Safety Manager(s) to identify safety training needs.
Promote Dynalectric culture of learning by collaborating with Field Operations Superintendent regarding site visits. Be accessible to field personnel to provide consultation, answer questions, and provide continued education. Walk project sites to identify craft training needs.
Assist in deployment of companywide initiatives that will affect craft labor. Coordinate with Arizona Division Manager and Field Operations Superintendent for deployment of initiatives.
Facilitate Dynalectric Field Supervision training in the main office or onsite.
Post training, assist Training Coordinator in gathering paper feedback surveys for entry into the training database.
Assist in the union new hire interview process in an effort to identify qualified individuals
Identify basic levels of competency and recommend training programs for individual new hires. Be involved with NHO, review remarks left by new hires in new hire packets. Work with Field Operations Superintendent to identify what roles & responsibilities new hires will be performing on project site.
Help develop training courses specific to hands on skills. Including, but not limited to underground construction, temp power, conduit bending, branch wiring, lighting, devices, fire alarm, and best-known trade methods.
Provide direction and coordinate logistics for the tools and training equipment necessary for hands on learning. Incorporate the space necessary to ensure an appropriate learning environment. Book training spaces in the office or onsite as needed.
Support craft workers understanding of the NFPA 70 (NEC), when necessary.
Assist in facilitating training of basic software use and company processes, as required for craft workers roles and responsibilities.
Other miscellanies duties:
Work with Field Operations Superintendent to develop goals and future initiatives.
Coordinate with the Division Manager to make sure our message and content is in line with company objectives.
Be in tune with company goals and how to get info to the field. Identify what's working and what may not be working adjust tactics as necessary. Work with other departments as needed to obtain the above goal.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
Strong field supervisory experience, minimum 5 years General Foreman or higher, or 5 years of electrical training experience.
Understanding of training processes and learning methods
Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required.
