Job Responsibilities * Set up and fix wiring, lighting, control systems, and fixtures using hand and power tools * Conduct routine inspections, testing, and cleaning of electrical components. * Diagnose and resolve electrical issues and malfunctions using various testing equipment. * Interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to plan work. * Ensure all work meets state and local building regulations, including the National Electrical Code. * Assist other trades when necessary to accomplish the goals and requirements of the facilities team Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent * Relevant degree from a trade school is preferred * 3 years of experience in a similar electrician position preferred * Valid Florida State Electricians licensure required * BAS and CMMS systems knowledge * Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems * Strong computer and data entry skills * Excellent communication skills; both written and oral * Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment * Flexibly to travel to other locations within the region * Possess a valid driver's license * Ability to lift 50lbs If you're looking for a career that offers opportunities for growth, continual development, professional challenge and the chance to make a real difference, apply today!
