**Responsibilities:**

+ **Prepare proposals and presentations:** Craft compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities and partnerships, showcasing a deep understanding of the federal civilian health and science market and its growth potential.
+ **Collaborate effectively:** Work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals, fostering a collaborative environment that drives sales and growth.
+ **Stay informed about industry trends and regulations:** Maintain a strong understanding of federal health policies, regulations, and industry best practices, using this knowledge to anticipate and capitalize on emerging growth opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific, clinical, or health-related field. Business degrees are also acceptable.**
+ **10+ years of relevant experience:** Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales/federal business development within the civilian health and science sector, with a proven track record of exceeding sales and growth targets. Experience working at and/or winning work at NIH preferred.
+ **Proven track record of success:** Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales/growth strategies, build relationships, and reach revenue targets, consistently achieving ambitious sales and growth objectives.

**Job Title: CNC Programmer** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer responsible for the programming, setup, and operation of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines. This role involves completing a variety of one-off and custom projects, machining metal, plastic, and some composites.

+ Program CNC machines from scratch using CAD/CAM software (primarily WorkNC and HyperMILL).
+ Program controls to produce high-precision components, primarily using Heidenhain but also Fanuc and Fidia.

Join a veteran-owned custom fabrication facility specializing in non-ferrous fabrication. This facility partners with industries such as defense, aerospace, pharmaceutical, and automotive, offering a dynamic and diverse work environment. As a TIG Welder, you will work on a variety of projects ranging from small to very large pieces, primarily welding on sheet metal, stainless steel, and steel, while also engaging in fabrication and fitting tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG welding on sheet metal, stainless steel, and steel.
+ Engage in fabrication and fitting on fixtures and forming.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
+ Set up and operate welding machines.
+ Pass weld tests in both flat and horizontal positions.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of TIG welding experience in a prototype environment.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and welding symbols.
+ Experience working with materials such as sheet metal, stainless steel, and steel.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Fitting experience with the ability to pass a fitting test.
+ Experience in MIG welding.
+ Previous AWS certification.
+ Knowledge of different gases used with various welds.
