    Scale Operator - South Plainfield Recycling GP Recycling is seeking a Scale Operator to work in our South Plainfield, NJ facility. This role supports the sustainability efforts of Georgia-Pacific by ensuring data and documentation accuracy with inbound and outbound loads. EPA Universal Certification required; OEM-specific training or certifications preferred. Skilled in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and interpreting service manuals and schematics. Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, team-focused mindset. Valid driver's license with clean driving record; able to pass a background check and drug screening. Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in various field conditions, including rooftops and tight spaces. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service coverage.
