Responsibilities:
* Lead SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Transformation projects involving strategy, implementation, and optimization of the payroll function, inclusive of partnering with other technical solutions (such as HR, Workforce Management, Benefits, Finance)
* Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
* Identify opportunities to improve Payroll processes, enhance the Payroll operating model, and implement SAP Payroll best practices, as well as help clients identify Payroll risks and optimization opportunities

Qualifications:
* Minimum five years of recent experience implementing SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) with Payroll operational expertise and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll functional usage
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology or related field preferred
* Proficient in configuring SAP Employee Central Payroll for US payroll, garnishments, and US tax processing; experience with integration of Payroll with other SAP modules and business functions ,as well as other Payroll vendors and solutions (Payroll Interface)
* American Payroll Association Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and/or SAP SuccessFactors SAP Employee Central Payroll certification(s) highly desirable
