LAH Real Estate company history timeline
Jim Lawrence, Keith Arendall and Maurice Humphries founded Lawrence-Arendall-Humphries Real Estate, Inc. in the spring of 1992.
LAH Real Estate ranked 325 in closed transaction sides and 308 in sales volume in the 2008 Power Broker Report, which identifies and ranks America’s largest residential real estate brokerage companies by transaction sides and sales volume.
In the fall of 2011, Tom Carruthers, Mike Graham, Charles Robinson and Maurice Humphries acquired the ownership interest of Lawrence and Arendall.
In 2013, LAH opened a residential office on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach to provide the same excellent level of service to residents of the Emerald Coast.
