Andy joined Mead & Hunt in 1985 upon his graduation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His own career developed in conjunction with the growth of Mead & Hunt. He quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Group Leader for Aviation Services at a young age. The Aviation Services Group expanded exponentially under Andy’s leadership - he took the group coast to coast, growing the firm’s Aviation Services. In 2011, Andy was selected as Mead & Hunt’s President. He still holds that role today. As Andy moves forward, the values that have served him as a Group Leader and engineer will continue to inform his leadership. He places tremendous value on client relationships, and this focus has played a huge part in his success within the industry. Moving forward, Andy will continue to focus on building strong, mutually beneficial client relationships. In addition, he will be steadfast in offering employees the opportunity for growth. To Andy, employees are a vital resource, and he believes in giving people the chance to grow with the company. He also remains committed to continuing Mead & Hunt’s tradition of 100% employee ownership and will provide innovative ways to make this more accessible for upcoming generations.
