The CEO micromanages almost every department, and nobody has the guts to say anything.

I would not recommend working for this CEO. He talks a big game but isn’t honest with the board and doesn’t actually support new thinking.
Create a strategy review process that actually involves the leadership team. The executive team is stuck in the past with little desire to evolve or improve.
The benefits are good but the pay is below average.
They try to be as diverse as possible but nepotism is obvious and hard to avoid.

The benefits and my manager that retired.
I worked with a grumpy, judgemental, impatient coworker in inspection/quality department who after cancer treatment radiation and intense Chemo, got upset i list my memory and she had to retrain me an many things. She made me feel like Shit. I felt belittled and bullied by her. Im sure after my original boss left she was the reason I was laid off. She was a suck up to our new boss. But she dud know abolutely everything and how to do it in the department. Her mind was a trap. Excellent memory and learning abilities. Not like someone after treatment and many years older.
