As an Associate Attorney you will provide legal advice to clients and prepare for and represent clients at disability hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges. Legal writing at the ALJ and Appeals Council levels is required. Attorneys are responsible for communicating with clients via telephone, mail, and email at all levels of the disability process.
This position is available for candidates who reside in one of the following states: CO, FL, GA, NV, NM, PA, SC, and TX, and will also require travel to hearings in other cities and states.
This is not an entry level position. The preferred candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law. Such a candidate will have conducted at least 200 Social Security hearings in recent years.
