You're a junior attorney in your first few years of practice. Probably at a BigLaw firm.
You enjoy handling commercial litigation but feel like your classmates who joined mid-sized and boutique firms are getting more substantive experience.
Taking depositions. Arguing motions in court. Trial experience. They're years ahead of you at this rate.
The senior attorneys and partners at your firm always seem to step in when things get juicy.
So back to doc review and drafting motions and memos it is.
This position is different.
We're helping a Dallas-based boutique hire a junior Commercial LitigationAttorney, and this firm is built around early responsibility.
Junior associates take on real responsibility early here, such as leading depositions in their first year.
You'll be joining a busy commercial litigation team handling complex matters.
The firm represents Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and startups, giving you exposure to a wide range of clients and disputes.
It's the kind of firm former BigLaw attorneys come to for substantive work, reasonable hours, and a genuinely relaxed culture.
On average, associates are considered for partnership within five years.
Salary is between $170-190k depending on experience.
Interested in finding out more?
If you have 1-3 years of commercial litigation experience and are barred in Texas, I'd love to talk.
