The Opportunity

THE POSITION
NHeLP is seeking a driven and highly motivated Paralegal to perform a range of responsibilities in support of the Enforcement and Litigation team. COMPENSATION
The compensation range for this position is between $67,295 and $71,502 annually.
Compensation is competitive, commensurate with experience, and aligned with internal equity.

What the day looks like:
Youre the clients first point of contact. Youll answer client questions, actively provide updates, offer guidance through medical treatment, review records, liaise with experts, schedule mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more.
While we have the processes to ensure you are supported at every stage, you wont just be taking orders. Your job is to think critically and keep cases moving for a wide spectrum of clients.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a litigationparalegal in personal injury or a similar field (additional experience working in pre-litigation is a plus.)
Bilingual, English/Spanish required.
Organized, decisive & able to handle a high volume of work.
