Key Responsibilities of the Role Draft, review, organize, and revise legal documents including leases, contracts, corporate governance documents, and transactional materials. Coordinate directly with executives and outside attorneys to complete complex legal tasks and projects. Manage multiple active matters simultaneously with accuracy, accountability, and excellent time management. Support transaction closings, due diligence, title and survey review, and document tracking for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects. Maintain organized systems for document management, filings, and legal recordkeeping. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or paralegal certification preferred. Extensive real estate law experience required, particularly including drafting, negotiating and revising legal documents; corporate experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with retail real estate and triple-net lease structures is desirable.
