What You Will Achieve Licensing, Permitting & Entity Management Research, apply for, and maintain all required registration, business licenses, seller's permits, and operating permits at the federal, provincial, state, county, and municipal levels across the U.S. and Canada for offline stores and Roboshops.. Monitor license and permit expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid business interruption. Coordinate with internal departments (store operations, leasing, real estate, legal, and finance) to confirm licensing and registration needs before store or Roboshop openings. Select and manage third-party licensing service providers and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely application, renewal, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of business entity registrations and corporate filings, and liaise with corporate service providers as needed.
