Requirements
15+ years of experience in defense life cycle (acquisition) logistics support (or 20+ years if not DAWIA Level 3 certified) of electronic systems, including logistics management, principles, practices, and processes.
8+ years of experience in support of C5ISR systems.
Demonstrated management skills, including Analyzing Contracts, Analyzing System Design Specifications, Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures, and Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines.
Experience supervising Logistics Specialists.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or related field of study.
Personnel Clearance Level:
Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
Mandatory Certifications:

Job Overview
This position will support Fayetteville and Leland, NC distribution operations. Travel required to both branches on a frequent basis.
The Manager Area Distribution I is accountable for the delivery and merchandising of company products to customers within a Market Unit which may include multiple distribution centers. The Manager Area Distribution I provides coaching, teaching, training, and leadership to the Delivery Supervisors to achieve optimal efficiencies while maintaining proper levels of customer service. The Manager Area Distribution I works closely with the Sr. Director of Retail Sales and Area Sales Managers across multiple Retail Sales Areas to ensure programs and initiatives are fully executed. This position will also collaborate with Warehouse Managers to ensure all products are loaded properly for delivery and review check-in and check-out procedures of the delivery organization. The Manager Area Distribution I has a keen sense of safety practices, superior customer service, quality of the product in the field, and development of their respective teams. The annual volume is between 0M and 6.0M cases.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manages Key Business Indicators to measure performance against company goals including the completion of delivering and serving our customers daily. Monitors Operational Expenses and ensures that the teams are achieving budget in all areas on a monthly and yearly basis guided in a direction to achieve our companies goal of consistently generating strong cash flow
* Ensures Internal Control metrics and processes are reviewed and in compliance on a monthly/yearly basis. Monitors the execution of the RED (Right Execution Daily) process to improve the market execution of the Delivery Supervisor team
* Directs, leads, and motivates a team of Delivery Supervisors to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training; implementing continuous improvement methods while maintaining budgeted staffing levels and customer focus; and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership

Job Description
As Site Logistics Leader, Site Operations, you will lead and facilitate all onsite and customer workflows to continually deliver exceptional customer value and experience. That will mean ensuring constant alignment with explicit and implicit expectations across all stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and workers, to meet exceptionally high standards for construction safety, security, quality, and success.
Your responsibilities include leading and cultivating relationships with stakeholders and delivering the highest-quality service across construction environments that are continually changing, dynamic, and uncertain. This requires an obsessive commitment to understanding customers' values, immediate and evolving needs, and preferences, to enable them to maximize success on each project and across their broader project portfolio and enterprise.
Overall, the role demands grit, perseverance, and an abundance mindset to navigate and excel in the perpetually challenging environments where our customers operate.
Key Responsibilities
This position works directly with senior Sitemetric leadership (Operations, Customer Experience, Business Development, Brand, and others), and across the entire organization. This position requires in-person work at one or more Sitemetric jobsites in the local area. Travel throughout the United States may be required.
Core responsibilities include:
Service Delivery:
Oversee how all Sitemetric services are deployed and executed at the project and enterprise levels, to ensure that we always deliver the highest levels of customer value and experience and constantly improve on these. Dynamically interact with all customer types, from executive teams within Owners and General Contractors, to Subcontractors and individual Workers on the ground. Expertly understand, shape, and communicate priorities to all onsite staff, to meet objectives related to project safety, security, quality, and overall success (including as related to budget and timeline).
Customer Success:
Work closely with customers to proactively anticipate and resolve any challenges they may face at the project or enterprise level in utilizing Sitemetric services. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all teams and maintain the highest safety standards onsite.
Collaborative Innovation.
Work closely with customers and Sitemetric colleagues to understand customers' existing, emerging, and evolving problems and how to expand/build Sitemetric services to solve these in a scalable way to increase customer value and experience. Represent our mission and core values by approaching every innovation challenge with speed, industriousness, and the desire to create positive, enduring change.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
Proven ability to lead successful project teams, develop employees, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and others).

Additional Information
The base pay for this position ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 per year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and jobsite upon which work is being performed, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience.

Responsibilities
Delivery Planning & Scheduling: Utilize our advanced logistics systems to plan, track, and schedule propane deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate service for our customers.

The Event Logistic Specialist position will focus on providing exceptional experiences for our park patrons by supporting events throughout the City of Raleigh. This position will report to the Parks Engagement Special Operations team.
The Parks Engagement Special Operations Crew is responsible for supporting a variety events and programs for various City Departments in a variety of locations and venues. They are also responsible for completing specialty projects within our Destination Parks. The Destination Parks are made up of Dix Park, Pullen Park, Raleigh Rose Garden, and John Chavis Memorial Park.
Working within the special operations world, the team supports over 150 events that are throughout the City of Raleigh. This could be for an event that has 25 people attending to 50,000 people for a two-day music festival.
Dix Park is a fun and fast paced environment in one of the newest parks in the City of Raleigh Parks system. Dix Park consists of 308 acres and is currently in the developmental phase. Dix Park consists of the Greg Poole, Jr. All Faiths Chapel, the Flower Cottage, and the Stone Houses and Historic Entry that serve as a rental event space and as the host to a variety of community events and programs throughout the year. The recently opened Gipson Play Plaza is an inviting and inspiring public space for all ages with one-of-a-kind play spaces, works of art, a civic plaza, fountains, and gardens.
Pullen Park, the first public park in North Carolina established in 1887, is the 5th oldest operating amusement park in the United States. Sitting on more than 66 rolling acres Pullen Park is comprised of several historic and popular destination sites.
The Raleigh Rose Garden boasts over 1200 roses and 60 varieties with hybrid teas, floribundas, grandifloras, miniatures, and antiques. It is a popular site for weddings and shares the property with the Raleigh Little Theatre and outdoor amphitheater.
John Chavis Memorial Park, located in the heart of downtown, consists of a new central plaza with an integrated water feature, renovated former carousel house, and a large playground for a variety of ages and abilities. The existing park amenities also include a historic Herschell carousel, baseball field, outdoor walking track with multipurpose field and 3 picnic shelters.
This position requires night, and weekend work based on the schedule and needs.
