What You'll Do: As a Senior Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes. Responsibilities include:Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Facilitate orientation and training of employees Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
