Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a large maintenance team, including supervisors, technicians, and support staff. Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and optimal plant performance. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to support operational goals. Manage maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, spare parts inventory, and capital projects. Ensure compliance with all food safety, regulatory, and safety standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and equipment upgrades. Analyze maintenance performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement.

Requirements Required:• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment• Strong industrial mechanical foundation with hands-on troubleshooting ability• Electrical systems experience, including the ability to program and troubleshoot PLCs• Robotics experience with programming and maintenance capabilities• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards• Proven ability to build, coach, and develop maintenance teams• Reside within 40 miles of Batesville, Indiana-or willingness to relocate Preferred:• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field• Professional certifications (CMRP, PMP, or similar)• Experience in automotive or precision manufacturing• CMMS/EAM system experience (Plex preferred)
