Work with Human Resources to manage all disciplinary issues within department.
Work with Maintenance Supervisors to plan and schedule all major equipment rebuilds through including staging of needed parts and seeing the rebuilds are completed on time and within budget. This includes scheduling of outside contractors and working with operations to schedule needed downtime of equipment.

Two-year technical degree
Experience
Minimum 3years industrial equipment maintenance experience in manufacturing

PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
Troubleshoot AC and DC drives down to the board level
Ability to work in and lead teams
Proficient knowledge in mechanical, electrical, blueprint reading, hydraulic, pneumatics, arc welding, gas welding and cutting
