Who You Are 5+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations management (experience in cold chain, distribution, or manufacturing preferred). Proven leadership background managing maintenance teams, vendors, and facility operations in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements (e.g., OSHA, EPA, GMP-based on industry). Proficiency with CMMS systems and ability to use data to drive performance. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field-or equivalent experience. Additional Preferred Skills Experience with refrigeration/HVAC systems, energy management, or automation technologies.
