Key responsibilities
* Direct and manage plant maintenance for the entire complex.
* Direct and manage WWT facility operations.
* Assist with the control of profits, plans, and budgets.
* Make improvements that promote the success of Kerry, including reducing mistakes, increasing efficiency, improving product quality, Kaizen, and Safety Incident reduction.
* Provide leadership, development, and training to staff.
* Promote opportunities for employees to upgrade skills through training sessions and seminars.
* Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace or make adjustments as directed.
* Monitor reports to ensure achievement of financial, safety, quality, and on-time maintenance/WWT goals; take corrective and preventative actions for discrepancies.
* Implement and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
* Control and minimize labor overtime, repair, and other expenses.
* Oversee programs instituted by management to ensure a healthy and safe working environment and compliance with federal and state regulations.
* Ensure the WWTF is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion with emphasis on efficiency.
* Report to the Engineering Manager regularly and work closely to establish operating goals and expansion plans.
Qualifications and skills
* Experience effectively developing and executing a master production schedule and manufacturing plan.
* Extensive experience in process improvement/re-engineering; familiar with process definition, process and yield improvement, cost reduction, and cycle-time analysis.
* Working knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and cost-reduction techniques.
* Knowledge of various quality and inspection requirements, manufacturing processes, and measurement techniques.
* Ability to supervise maintenance employees.
* Bachelor's degree and three to five years of experience in manufacturing preferred.

Compensation Data
The pay range for this position is $75,602 - $123,432 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation. Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Job DescriptionDescription:
Responsible for maintaining 12 indoor tennis courts, 10 outdoor clay courts, 4 outdoor hard courts, and 6 UVA outdoor tennis courts. This person will also manage the comprehensive seasonal grooming for the spring season of the outdoor clay courts. Also, to oversee the complete watering system which includes irrigation pumps to sprinkler heads. This person must have a skill set to ensure that this system runs successfully. Responsibilities also include training new team members, designing weekly schedules, and tracking all work hours at the UVA outdoor facility. Overseeing repairs and working closely with the Tournament Director and Operations Managers when ordering new tools and replacing worn tools.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Perform job duties in accordance with Boar's Head Mission and Vision statements and according to Forbes Luxury Standards and AAA 4 Diamond Service Expectations.
Maintain indoor tennis courts by:
Cleaning the indoor tennis courts with the walk behind floor washer twice a year.
Vacuuming the indoor courts as needed, and at least three times per week, with the Tenet court sweeper or walk behind vacuum.
Emptying trash and picking-up balls.
Providing water and ice using igloo thermos or other provisions.
Securing nets, inspecting curtains and picking-up balls behind curtains.
Inspecting behind curtains to maintain a safe playing environment
Maintain 3 indoor UVA courts in accordance with the UVA contract.
3. Maintain 10 outdoor clay tennis courts by:
Preparing all clay courts for the outdoor season, including hanging the outdoor seasonal awnings.
Using golf cart and attachments to distribute material, rolling courts, supervising watering, hanging wind screens, correcting sprinkler malfunctions as directed by Supervisor and reporting problems to the Tournament Director and the Front Desk.
Providing water and ice using igloo thermos or other provisions as needed.
Emptying trash and picking-up balls.
Repairing nets as needed.
4. Clean walls of squash courts as needed and wet mop squash court floor daily.
5. Maintain 4 outdoor hard courts by:
Cleaning and picking-up balls and trash.
Providing water and ice as needed.
Repairing nets as needed.
6. Report any maintenance issues to the Tournament Director or Operations Manager.
7. Responsible for Housekeeping duties as needed (especially in the winter.)
8. Clean, sweep and use blower on the sidewalks around The Sports Club and at the Inn pool in the summer.
9. Have to have irrigation knowledge and skill set - responsible for the complete watering system for the clay courts.
10. Coordinate all repairs needed on all courts as well as all court maintenance equipment directly with Tournament Director.
11. Training new team members on proper use of equipment and standards of care.
12. Scheduling the team and the maintenance schedules.
13. Tracking the hours and activities related to the new outdoor UVA stadium courts.
14. Shovel snow in the winter and remove ice as necessary.
15. Report emergencies to the Front Desk or Engineering immediately.
16. Obtain and maintain a CPR and AED Certification.
17. Complete daily walk-throughs and fill out appropriate reports.

Under the general direction of the Project Manager, the Superintendent will assist in the supervision, coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities and Union Craft Labor in compliance with the contract and the job cost estimate and ensures all the work is completed safely to acceptable standards of quality and workmanship.

What You'll Do Here:
* Maintain excellent relationships with client, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and public
* Responsible to ensure that all work is conducted in a safe manner in compliance with safety, and quality
* Assist in developing, monitoring and updating of project schedule.
* Ensure subcontractors comply with project master schedule
* Utilize project master schedule to help create detailed look ahead schedules with subcontractors
* Assist in developing recovery strategies when project schedule or budget are in jeopardy
* Plan, supervise and approve the work of own forces and subcontractors on the project including determining methods of construction, manpower levels, materials, tools & equipment, rentals and work schedules
* Assume responsibility for productivity of trades and subcontractors, efficient use of materials and equipment and contractual performance of the project
* Ensure trades personnel complete all necessary training in areas of safety, quality assurance, technical qualifications, equipment operation and owner specified requirements
* Ensure project is constructed in compliance with drawings, specifications, Field Work Packages (FWPs), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and project schedule and budget
* Interface with client representatives, design engineers, consultants, other contractors, etc.
* Ensure the work is carried out in accordance with QA Programs and project quality guidelines
* Maintain appropriate field documentation including safety records, daily progress reports, training records, T&E and rental records, manpower reports, owner support requests, FWP documents, etc.
* Participate in basic layout, preparation of work instructions, field engineering activities, etc.
* Maintain lines and levels - verify as built conditions
What You Bring To The Team:
* Education to include a technical college diploma or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.
* Minimum 5 years construction and subcontractor supervision experience in the nuclear industry
* Prior HVAC and Duct installation/Supervisory experience is preferred
* Ability to successfully supervise a construction project
* Knowledge of all aspects of construction such as; technology, equipment, methods, trade agreements and jurisdiction, engineering, cost control, scheduling and safety requirements
* Good communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to read and understand CGC Cost Reports
* Basic presentation skills

MAJOR TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set forth in a long-term care community's policies and procedures, applicable federal and state laws and applicable professional standards.
