What You Will Do:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Wichita Falls, TX as a Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of all aspects of the site's equipment maintenance programs. This includes but is not limited to the following:
design and implementation of preventative maintenance plans for all equipment,
ensure effective resolution and closure of trouble calls for all equipment,
and effectively use suppliers and sub-contracted resources, as necessary, for the purposes of maintaining site equipment.
You will also lead subordinates with responsible leadership, professionalism, and the highest standards of ethics. To succeed in this role, you will be familiar with various types of manufacturing machinery and equipment maintenance, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and have keen eye for details. The person in this role will work Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm OR 8am-5pm to provide coverage across our different shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and administer a preventative maintenance program for all equipment.
Ensure that PM activity is completed on or ahead of schedule.
Support the effective operation of the plant from the standpoint of equipment availability, financial objectives, product output objectives, quality requirements, and all other production activities necessary to meet daily customer requirements are met.
Ensure effective and timely resolution of for all un-planned maintenance activity to ensure minimal downtime. Support production schedules, from a maintenance perspective, to achieve site objectives, including but not limited to TAT, OTC, scrap, COPQ, and financial objectives.
As a supervisor, you are a change agent. Using CORE, Lean, Flow, Kaizens, Muda reduction, and continuous improvement, etc. drive progressively effective levels of execution within the areas under your responsibility.
Responsible for ensuring compliance by all reporting personnel to policies, procedures and quality requirements of this facility.
Responsible for integrating equipment support and PM activities between shifts and the various manufacturing areas.
Responsible for identifying and fulfilling training needs of reporting personnel. Through management of Preventative Maintenance Programs and proper prioritization of un-planned maintenance interventions, support all efforts to achieve plant measurement goals, including TAT, OTC, and minimal past due parts.
Responsible for tracking time, vacation and attendance for reporting personnel. Approval of all employee time in company systems. Ensure employee development through directed training, performance feedback and career counseling.
Responsible for the completion of other tasks or projects as they are assigned by your manager.
Ensure full compliance with the company work rules, safe work practices and procedures established to protect the environment, take immediate action upon and report all unsafe acts, hazardous conditions, and conditions which impact or have the potential to impact the environment.
Ensure that all audits & tasks for Safety, Environmental, and Health are completed on or ahead of schedule. Take prompt action to resolve any issues noted.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years' experience in Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing, and/or Aftermarket Aviation environment
Qualifications We Prefer:
4+ years prior experience in an equipment maintenance role.
2+ years prior experience supervising a small to mid-sized team
Working knowledge to interpret and implement engineering instructions and FAA requirements.

What You Will Do:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Wichita Falls, TX as a Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of all aspects of the site's equipment maintenance programs. This includes but is not limited to the following:
* design and implementation of preventative maintenance plans for all equipment,
* ensure effective resolution and closure of trouble calls for all equipment,
* and effectively use suppliers and sub-contracted resources, as necessary, for the purposes of maintaining site equipment.
You will also lead subordinates with responsible leadership, professionalism, and the highest standards of ethics. To succeed in this role, you will be familiar with various types of manufacturing machinery and equipment maintenance, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and have keen eye for details. The person in this role will work Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm OR 8am-5pm to provide coverage across our different shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and administer a preventative maintenance program for all equipment.
* Ensure that PM activity is completed on or ahead of schedule.
* Support the effective operation of the plant from the standpoint of equipment availability, financial objectives, product output objectives, quality requirements, and all other production activities necessary to meet daily customer requirements are met.
* Ensure effective and timely resolution of for all un-planned maintenance activity to ensure minimal downtime. Support production schedules, from a maintenance perspective, to achieve site objectives, including but not limited to TAT, OTC, scrap, COPQ, and financial objectives.
* As a supervisor, you are a change agent. Using CORE, Lean, Flow, Kaizens, Muda reduction, and continuous improvement, etc. drive progressively effective levels of execution within the areas under your responsibility.
* Responsible for ensuring compliance by all reporting personnel to policies, procedures and quality requirements of this facility.
* Responsible for integrating equipment support and PM activities between shifts and the various manufacturing areas.
* Responsible for identifying and fulfilling training needs of reporting personnel. Through management of Preventative Maintenance Programs and proper prioritization of un-planned maintenance interventions, support all efforts to achieve plant measurement goals, including TAT, OTC, and minimal past due parts.
* Responsible for tracking time, vacation and attendance for reporting personnel. Approval of all employee time in company systems. Ensure employee development through directed training, performance feedback and career counseling.
* Responsible for the completion of other tasks or projects as they are assigned by your manager.
* Ensure full compliance with the company work rules, safe work practices and procedures established to protect the environment, take immediate action upon and report all unsafe acts, hazardous conditions, and conditions which impact or have the potential to impact the environment.
* Ensure that all audits & tasks for Safety, Environmental, and Health are completed on or ahead of schedule. Take prompt action to resolve any issues noted.
Qualifications You Must Have:
* Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years' experience in Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing, and/or Aftermarket Aviation environment
Qualifications We Prefer:
* 4+ years prior experience in an equipment maintenance role.
* 2+ years prior experience supervising a small to mid-sized team
* Working knowledge to interpret and implement engineering instructions and FAA requirements.

Each SMS will be monitoring irradiance, aka sunshine data, as well as other meteorological and weather-related parameters.
Each station requires weekly maintenance, on the same day each week during daylight hours to ensure consistent and accurate data is being collected for approximately 24 months. Your duties will include the following:
Uphold highest level of communication as first point of contact for equipment in field;
Ensure all equipment is level & clean on a weekly basis;
Provide troubleshooting (w/support from UL Solutions) and when requested, repair(s) for low-medium complexity issues;
Ensure there is no debris obstructing the system (depending on site/region, grass cutting, snow removal, or clearing brush); and
Confirm the system is secure and hasn't been tampered with.
Each maintenance visit should take no more than 60-90 minutes. UL Solutions requires weekly digital logbook entries via internet along with photo uploads and other documentation to support the visit which should take 45-90 minutes. The entire process is estimated to require between 2-4 hours each week, including travel time to and from site.
Occasionally, UL Solutions may request your assistance in replacing or troubleshooting equipment. A Senior Engineer would contact you to walk you through the process. They will support you while onsite and review data after the equipment repair.
Qualifications
No solar experience is required. Training will be provided remotely via phone and video, potential onsite training when possible.
Must be able to take instruction remotely throughout length of contract term.
Must use own transportation to and from remote SMS location (4WD preferred.)
