Trail work is dusty, and hazardous conditions may exist when moving rock, working in and around rockslide areas, working around explosives, falling and bucking trees, and working around machinery.

The Critical Facilities Technician (CFT) is responsible for all aspects of data center operations related to critical and non-critical infrastructure, equipment, and systems. They will participate in an unwavering attitude and commitment to safety and reliability within the Data Center. RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain critical and non-critical data center infrastructure, equipment, and systems
Work with a team of CFTs to deliver total availability (100% uptime) while minimizing risks
Monitor power, cooling capacity, and environmental conditions within the data halls
Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as a tool to manage all planned and unplanned data center work
Perform preventive maintenance on data center electrical and mechanical equipment
Assist with the development, revision, and execution of approximately 200 operating procedures and preventive maintenance inspections, and perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, clarity, and continual improvement
Assist with the development of Data Center standards and policies when necessary
Resolve all electrical and mechanical issues within the Data Center quickly while minimizing risk and properly communicate issues to the appropriate chain of command
Respond to emergencies and critical issues as necessary and work independently and as a team, according to staffing and situation, towards complete recovery
Troubleshoot and document technical issues, escalates as appropriate, and ensure issue resolution

Comply with all safety processes and procedures for safe operation of machinery and equipment
Read and follow LOTO procedures to maintain safety while working closely to machinery and equipment
Perform basic job tasks requiring the use of power and hand tools such as wrenches, calipers, screwdriver, hammer, saws-all, utility knife, push knife, scraper, air hose, broom, shovel, squeegee, and vacuums
Ensure good housekeeping in designated areas including maintaining tool boards and locating supplies and materials in the correct assigned locations
Promote a safe and healthy work environment on all company properties to achieve the best working conditions for all employees and visitors
Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures

Perform operations, maintenances, and repairs at a skilled level in one (1) or more trades (Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Welding, etc.)
Troubleshoot and diagnose the more complex equipment problems; repair or replace broken or worn machinery parts
Utilize multiple skilled trades to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic repairs
Maintain operating logs on all equipment; record, correct, and report all faults, deficiencies and other unusual occurrences
Assist higher level Maintenance Technicians with repairs and installation of machinery and equipment
Prepare documentation for repairs and maintenance
Work within a team setting in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and be cross trained to perform all essential job duties within the team
Meet or exceed all performance and productivity standards including working safely, maintaining acceptable quality levels and achieving desired standard output levels
High school diploma or equivalent required
Specialized training in a maintenance discipline such as electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
Perform other assignments as requested or as business needs require
Pass drug screen and meet acceptable criminal background requirements
Demonstrated attitude of safety and quality as top priorities
Work overtime as needed to include weekends

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
A high school diploma or equivalent
A valid driver's license and a good driving record
3+ years of full-time experience in the auto repair industry OR a diploma from an accredited vocational training center in auto repairs
