Curriculum Adaptation & Development
Simplify assessment questions, instructions, and lab prompts using clear, student-friendly language.
Modify higher ed assessments to align with high school learning expectations while maintaining rigor.
Standards Alignment
Complete K-12 standards mapping for DSL courses, including alignment to NGSS, state science standards, social studies standards, and ELA/literacy skills where applicable.
Create easy-to-read alignment tables and documentation for partners and internal stakeholders.
Scalability & Templatization
Create and refine templates for curricular materials (e.g., labs, lesson plans, pacing guides, handouts, slide decks) to ensure consistent branding, structure, and terminology across the product suite.
Update and standardize existing materials to reflect DSL style guidelines, nomenclature, and formatting.
Documentation & Versioning
Maintain and update internal documents, curriculum guides, and educator-facing materials.
Support the organization of content repositories to ensure materials are easy to access and maintain.
Requirements
Strong interest in education technology, curriculum development, or product work.
Excellent written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent formatting and style across documents.
Familiarity with Google Suite and basic document formatting.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

The internship program gives hands-on experience in Disney's creative and collaborative work environment. The main objective is to preserve and restore all film elements and video masters, returning them to their original quality and updating them for modern digital formats. Team members must understand historical and current film technology, visual effects, digital files, and data archiving.
What You Will Do:
The intern serves as a junior team member, mainly observing Restoration Title Managers who work with creative talent, studio executives, and post-production facilities. The intern may handle limited administrative tasks such as master delivery verification and inventory research.
