**Job Title:** Electro-Mechanical Engineer
**Location:** Bloomer, WI
**Pay Range:** $31.25 - $37.50 per hour based on experience
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the electrical assembly of the Calf Hero units, ensuring all wiring is installed according to engineering specifications.
+ Oversee mechanical assembly tasks, including plumbing and motor installation, while maintaining high-quality standards.
+ Supervise service technicians and provide remote technical support to ensure efficient service operations.
+ Implement lean manufacturing protocols and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
+ Conduct pre-shipment inspections and system testing to guarantee product quality and performance.
**What's Needed?**
+ Degree or certification in Electro-mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or 5-8 years of relevant experience.
+ Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems (208-480V, 1 & 3 phase).
+ Proficiency in reading and creating wiring schematics and CAD drawings.
+ Familiarity with UL/CE certification standards and lean manufacturing practices.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
