Shift Openings: We currently have multiple openings on the day shift (5:30am - 6pm) and night shifts (6pm - 5:30am). Responsibilities Support engineering activities, through a variety of mechanical, electrical, and chemical processes. Operate several pieces of equipment at the same time, monitor tool performance and evaluate statistical data for process conformance. Will use sophisticated programs to track and control photomasks through the production process. Maintain accurate documentation in a centralized repository. Operate basic manufacturing equipment under supervision and according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform equipment and process checks, escalating issues to senior technicians or supervisors. Record accurate production data and maintain logs in a central repository. Follow cleanroom protocols, PPE, and safety standards consistently. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and observations. Collaborate with Engineering, trainers, and senior technicians. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Sets machinery up to properly fill containers to required weight, ensures caps meet torque specifications, labeling, lot code, packaging, and adjusts as needed to machinery to meet production job requirements. Oversees the staff on the line are meeting production quality and performance measures. Recommends to supervisor the amount of labor needed to produce the job effectively and efficiently. Able to set up, clean and change over machinery quickly from one product to another. Oversees staff on the line are meeting throughput and quality requirements for the job. Sets stops or guides to specified length as indicated by scale, rule, or manufacturing standards. Pushes button or depresses pedal to activate machine and stop machine. Observes machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction. Measures workpiece dimensions, using rule, manufacturing standard, or other measuring instruments to determine accuracy of machine operation. Performs minor machine maintenance. Maintain a safe and clean workspace and environment. Communicates with maintenance, Crew Lead and/or Shift Lead on machine problems. Sets up machinery to stack, mark, pack, and transport finished workpieces. This includes comparing Item Numbers and Item Description to carton labeling and the individual packaging components. JOB TITLE: Athletics Operator/Tech II - Custodial/Maintenance JOB PURPOSE: Provide custodial duties, preparing and maintaining facilities for all athletic events as well a contracted events, department functions, and special events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform regularly scheduled, special or emergency maintenance and/or cleaning on designated facilities. Duties include, but are not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and shower rooms, properly and safely using cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, carpet shampooers, mops, and brooms and maintains clean trash containers. Provide setup and tear down for game operations and special events, including, but not limited to, scoreboards, PA, video, audio, shot timers, and phones. Lock or unlock designated facilities, as directed. Operate and clean manual and power maintenance equipment; perform minor equipment repair and painting. Responsible for notifying supervisor of damaged fixtures and/or equipment. Supervise student employees. Provides supervision to part-time employees to ensure they are on task, trained, and evaluated. SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS: Train support staff; assign duties and inspect areas, as directed. Some positions may assist in the supervision of student workers. Supervise facility areas, as directed. Patrol restrooms, press box and concession area, as directed. Perform special projects, as assigned.
