What You'll Do
Content Strategy & Storytelling
Support the development of content strategies and campaign narratives that highlight the value of Adobe Support and Services in driving customer success and ROI.
Partner with marketing, customer success, and communications teams to identify and shape customer stories that align with enterprise business goals.
Translate complex customer outcomes and technical solutions into compelling, persona-based content for use across digital, social, events, and executive communications.
Draft creative briefs and content outlines that synthesize data, insights, and success metrics into clear and engaging storytelling.
Integrated Campaign Development
Contribute to the planning and coordination of integrated campaigns that reinforce Adobe's value proposition across channels.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Key Responsibilities
Social Media & LinkedIn Growth: Expand DeepSee.ai's social media presence, with particular focus on LinkedIn engagement and channel growth. Content Production & Cadence: Work closely with the leadership team to develop a consistent content calendar and cadence for LinkedIn and other social channels. The position will:

Help build and QA emails in an ESP (ex: Klaviyo, Movio, Marketo, Mailchimp), ensuring links, personalization, rendering, and targeting are correct prior to send.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (brand, creative, ticketing, events, analytics) to gather inputs and keep campaign timelines moving.

Other Requirements:
Arrive at work on time
Flexible scheduling
Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment (including fryers, ovens,etc.)
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
Follows restaurant cash handling safety and security procedures
Adheres to restaurant and City/State/United States safety requirements
Knowledge of and compliance with restaurant's Human Resources policies and processes
