Love the customers. The work itself is good and busy. Nice coworkers. Not including the GM.
No proper training, management (GM) has no training manual , no time allowed to learn the computer. The GM speaks to her employees with scarcasm and is always has condescending remarks and answers. Leadership is sorely lacking. From the GM. An Assistant manager is accusing employees of stealing verbally stated to an entire crew out loud to all of them! Fired a girl For stealing and the stealing has continued with no one to turn to as the CFO didn’t want to hear it!!!! Not sure how this company stays in business. Can’t trust management the girl that was fired was a scape goat. Another manager knows what’s going on tried to report to HR and go above DM as he doesn’t care and is in on the coverup. Another manager is being fired for catching the stealing on video. I believe the kids under 18 are being mistreated and they don’t know they can complain. I’d like to see something done as it is a great job if you like to stay busy and work with nice kids and customers. I’ve been in the working world for many years and I’ve never seen such poor behavior from a GM. Towards her employees. Cusses, scarcastic and down right rude and I’m afraid the DM is the same so we can’t get above to get some help here and it seems when it’s found out or someone says something they lose their job. Feels like a lot of illegal misconduct is going on and no one cares.

Remove the GM and DM. Replace with professional people who train properly, instead of under fire! Have knowledge of how to work with young people and treat them with respect. Being kind and not scarcastic to employees and customers. Very poor management leadership from the GM
Dressed well, went for interview, got hired.
It’s not good. They don’t pay overtime due to a loop hole that says as movie workers we aren’t entitled due to some archaic law.
Well you’d have to see that for yourself. I do know the gal let go for stealing was a girl of color and the stealing hasn’t stopped. There is proof and nothing done. She was unjustly fired and needs to be informed of her rights.
Staying busy, doing the best job I can and learning from one very good assistant manager.
