Utilize VA electronic record systems, including VistA, CPRS, and eROI+. Maintain strict confidentiality and security standards when processing records. Ensure all releases meet required timelines (routine requests-20 business days or less). What We're Looking For U.S. citizenship and proficiency in English. Coders: Minimum 3 years of continuous coding experience in a facility with a patient population comparable to VA. ROI Technicians: At least 1 year of full-time experience handling release of information in a healthcare setting. Must hold one or more of the following credentials: -Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) -Certified Coding Specialist (CCS or CCS-P) -Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) -Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS coding.
