You will support elements of the site's quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $73,900 to $101,640; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

JOB SUMMARY/ JOB DUTIES:
The Material Handler is responsible for receiving, storing, picking and distributing material and products within establishment.
• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Transports materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, or other stock items and distributes items to production areas.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets.
• Marks materials with identifying information.
• Opens bales, crates, and other containers.
• Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Certified to drive material handling equipment.
• Transports stored items within the warehouse.
• Loads and unloads trailers of palletized and non-palletized product.

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for supporting the factory to enable and deliver asset Maintenance according to the Nestlé Strategy (using TPM as the multi-disciplined approach to maintain/improve fixed assets, and AMM to manage their life cycle) with a goal of sustainable and long-term low cost of production and high reliability, and not the immediate correction of daily losses.
The Reliability Engineer is also responsible for championing within the factory a "Continuous Improvement and Zero Loss" culture in Maintenance. The position provides support and coaching within the factory in loss elimination, risk management and life cycle asset management (LCAM). Assist in Master plan & Skill development to transition to and sustain a proactive - planned maintenance program.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Lead the factory to reduce technical stoppages in equipment or areas of common occurrence (priority given to areas of highest incidence or impact). Ensure the systematic review of all lines, processes, and utilities that are critical to the business and those where failure can have an unacceptable impact on safety, quality, environment, or compliance with the law.
+ Monitor and report on plant/equipment trends (including predictive tools) to ensure best possible operation and reduction of unplanned downtime.
+ Ensure that downtime records, equipment history, damage code and root cause analyses are completed correctly and analyze this regularly for trends.
+ Update/Optimize Reliability Engineering tools/guidelines and maintenance plans/activities to minimize unplanned downtime and to optimize planned downtime and cost.
+ Utilize external suppliers, experts, other factories, and corporate teams to ensure proper technical solutions are defined and implemented to eliminate root causes.
+ Analyze the factory M&R budget, drive value-added and sustainable improvements with the assistance of the Maintenance Manager and Factory Engineer, as well as Corporate Engineering.
+ Propose and monitor key performance indicators in accordance with the Best Maintenance Practices.
+ Develop capability in, coach, and guide the use on the floor of Maintenance Continuous Improvement Tools such as GSTD, BDA, X-Matrix, AMM, SAM, Tags, etc.
+ Encourage close teamwork between all functions (Engineering, Productions, Quality, etc.)
+ Support implementation and sustainability of TPM-PM Pillar in the factory.
This position requires good communication skills to maintain/improve fixed assets at all levels of Factory management, but also to lead the transformation of the factory culture from reactive/breakdown to proactive/planned maintenance.
This position also requires working knowledge of TPM-PM, Downtime Recording Systems and SAP-PM, and broad experience in multiple Engineering and Maintenance positions. Willingness to embrace new technologies, analysis techniques, and lead improvements is also required.

**What You'll Need as a Driver CDL:**
+ Customer-oriented attitude, providing excellent support to key customers.
+ Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions. DOT requirement to check the last 10 years.
+ Familiarity with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.
+ Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation.
+ Proficiency in using a smart phone or tablet and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times. Able to use a scanner and log deliveries.
+ Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules.
+ General knowledge of vehicle mechanics to communicate problems and perform basic repairs if needed.
+ Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.

We fuel reliable, safe, and high-quality food production. As a Mechatronics Service Technician, you'll advance a proactive reliability model-preventing failures, accelerating response, and elevating standards for personal safety, food safety, and product quality.
How you'll contribute
Embed company and regulatory program requirements into daily maintenance practices.
Plan and execute maintenance through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), closing work orders with thorough, accurate notes.
Serve as a key driver of the plant's proactive reliability and maintenance strategy.
Provide exceptional service to teammates and partner effectively across departments.
Perform other duties as requested to support plant goals.
Core electrical/controls expertise
Fluent in reading electrical schematics, diagrams, and ladder logic.
Proficient in safe use of electrical troubleshooting instruments.
Preferred: Allen‑Bradley ControlLogix PLCs, Remote I/O, and VFDs.
Preferred: Industrial networking knowledge.
Preferred: HMI platforms such as AB PanelView and Wonderware.
Preferred: Servo and motion control systems.
General electronic troubleshooting proficiency.
Mechanical and PM excellence
Mechanical drive and conveyance systems.
PD and centrifugal pumps.
High-speed rotating equipment.
Pneumatic conveying systems.
Mechanical system troubleshooting, welding, pneumatics, and lubrication.
Execute preventive maintenance tasks and leverage CMMS for PM planning.

Dough mixing, feeding, and extrusion lines.
